Research On Improving Social Integration Ability Of Hearing Impaired People Through Group Work

In recent years,the basic living conditions of disabled persons in China have been significantly improved.However,in the process of social development,the integration of persons with disabilities into society still attracts much attention.In the process of social integration,disabled persons are affected by physical,cultural,psychological and other factors and face various problems,which have a certain impact on the social integration of disabled persons.With the gradual attention of the disabled in China,the attention to the hearing-impaired group is increasing,and the social welfare organizations serving the hearing-impaired group are also increasing,in addition to the emergence of many enthusiastic people who provide social services to the hearing-impaired group.Creating equal opportunities to participate in social life,allowing the hearing-impaired to share the fruits of the development of social civilization and improving their social integration is not only an urgent need for the hearing-impaired and their families,but also the responsibility of the state and all members of society.Based on the volunteer service project of the Q Aid Institution in Jinan,this paper takes some of the hearing-impaired people served by the institution as the research object,and explores effective ways to improve the social integration ability of the hearing-impaired through group work,so as to promote the better integration of the hearing-impaired into society.This paper uses the interview method and participatory observation method,through the use of social support theory and empowerment theory,to carry out in-depth investigation and analysis of the status,existing problems and influencing factors of the social integration of the hearing impaired,and on this basis,a series of social work group activities are carried out,and finally through the evaluation before,during and after the activity,the effectiveness of social work intervention in the improvement of the social integration ability of the hearing impaired person is analyzed,and it is summarized and reflected,and some innovations and shortcomings are also summarized.In summary,through this study,it can be concluded that social work group activities have a certain effect on improving the social integration ability of the hearing-impaired,and summarize the advantages of the group activity intervention method based on volunteer service,in this process,through the dissemination of sign language and the common participation of the whole society,call on the society to pay enough attention to the hearing-impaired people,so as to establish a benign,sustainable,promotable,widely accepted,and can benefit more hearing-impaired people social development model.To enable the hearing-impaired community to be truly integrated into mainstream society and to be able to share equitably in the fruits of social development.In future research,from the perspective of social advocacy and integration,it is hoped that a mechanism can be found to combine the group work model with other social work models,so that the hearing-impaired people’s own social integration ability can be better functioned,and apply it to other fields...
