Hearing impaired adolescents are young people who suffer from hearing loss,inaudible or unclear surrounding sounds due to congenital or acquired reasons.Therefore,they cannot communicate and communicate with people normally,and interpersonal communication is also prone to problems.As one of the mbers of society,hearing impaired adolescents must achieve nonnal social integration through normal interpersonal communication,but because of their physical particularity,they' are always defined as "vulnerable groups" and are always encountered in the process of interacting with people.Obstruction,lack of interpersonal skills is one of the most important problems faced by hearing impaired adolescents.The practical part of this study mainly used the professional method of group work,went deep into the W City Deaf and Mute School,and carried out intervention work for hearing impaired adolescents in 6th to 9th grade.The goal was to improve the interpersonal communication ability of hearing impaired adolescents.Specifically,among the thirty-nine hearing impaired adolescents in 6th to 9th grade,six students with apparently insufficient interpersonal communication skills were selected as the service objects.The group work method was used to serve the group members.The ability questionnaire,taking into account the particularity of hearing impaired adolescents,on the basis of previous studies,defined the dimensions,and formulated the "Interpersonal Communication Ability Questionnaire for Hearing Impaired Adolescents" to test the clients before and after.The questions in this scale are designed around communication motivation,communication cognition and the skills of dealing with the surrounding relationship.This study also used three aspects as the three dimensions of the questionnaire.After the group work was completed,the group members were post-tested,SPSS analysis software was used for comparative study of data.On this basis,through participatory observation of group members,satisfaction interview with class teacher and self-assessment of social workers,the group's involvement in interpersonal communication of hearing impaired adolescents was summarized.The effect of ability improvement and reflection.The social worker involved creatively used the research method of the "hearing impaired adolescents&hearing adolescents" group and reached the following conclusions:The evaluation results show that the group members have a certain effect on the interpersonal motivation and interpersonal cognition dimension to improve interpersonal communication ability,But the effect achieved in improving the dimensions of the relationship management skills around them is relatively insignificant;for the hearing impaired adolescents,group work can provide them with the opportunity to get along with the hearing young people,communication and exchanges,and establish their own network Support;from the perspective of social work,it is not difficult to find that the intervention of social work can be well matched with the teaching methods of special education,and can also provide good opportunities for hearing-impaired adolescents and hearing-impaired adolescents to contact.Growth and development issues can attract the attention of outside society.The shortcomings of this study are:the activity time span is large,the intervention method using only group work has certain limitations,and the investigation process needs to be improved.
