Research On The Generating Mechanism Of Urban Residents’ Community Life Happiness From The Perspective Of Emotional Construction

Since 1991,when China made a clear definition of community construction and carried out pilot construction,China’s grassroots society has undergone tremendous changes in recent years.However,during this period,there have been progress and achievements,but there are also problems and obstacles.At the Fifth Plenary Session of the 19 th Central Committee of the Communist Party of China,it was proposed to unblock and improve the channels for social workers,volunteers,and other people to participate in urban community construction activities,promote the shift of the focus of urban community management to communities,and further improve the construction of urban community management and service systems.Professor Wang Sibin clearly pointed out that community service and community construction are key measures in community work,as well as the key role played by social workers in various industries,fields,and multi-level interaction mechanisms,combining relevant policies and regulations with the strategic deployment of local governments at all levels.In the context of continuous reform in society,the main participants in social construction are also gradually transforming from simple local governments to diverse social entities.In this process,the main force of community development that community residents have become has also been increasingly valued by people.The topic of expanding the discourse power of residents in governance and emotional construction has gradually entered the research field.As a geographical organization,community is also an emotional bond between the government,residents,and residents.Residents both live and feel in the community,The emotional guidance advocated by community emotional construction and the promotion of residents’ intimacy can,to a certain extent,compensate for the cold governance feelings and institutional loopholes brought about by the regulations.Therefore,the discussion of community emotional construction issues also meets the needs of social development.In the new era in China,community emotional construction has begun to take root and sprout,with sufficient conditions for implementation.This article discusses the emotional factors of community construction through sorting out the literature,and discusses and analyzes the background and development of urban community emotional construction.In combination with the survey,it selects the factor of happiness for research.Based on multiple conditions,it selects four different types of typical communities in Y City,Shandong Province to conduct a questionnaire survey,After summarizing and analyzing the data,we can obtain the basic situation of the community and the community.Then,descriptive statistical analysis was conducted using SPSS to obtain the basic emotional cognition of residents to the community.On this basis,the article continues to use SPSS software to conduct linear regression analysis to explore the influencing factors of residents’ happiness,combing the correlation between subjective and objective aspects of happiness,and then improving the specific path of residents’ community emotions.Finally,it is concluded that among the objective factors in the community,business environment factors have a partial impact on residents’ happiness in life.Among different types of residential areas,taking commercial housing areas as a reference,unit residential areas have a stronger sense of happiness,while the four influencing factors of subjective factors,namely satisfaction,have a significant impact on happiness.At the same time,some objective factors in the objective factors affect multi-dimensional subjective factors in many aspects,Therefore,it is concluded that the impact path is to focus on improving the level of residents’ satisfaction in order to improve the well-being of residents’ community life in the context of building an objective community environment.Finally,it is found that residents’ community emotions are of great significance for community governance and social stability in China.Vigorously building communities is actually aimed at improving residents’ satisfaction and happiness,creating community emotions,and forming a community community of co construction,co governance,and shared empathy.Therefore,it is recommended to start from two aspects: first,to carry out instrumental emotional construction,improve the satisfaction of the community environment and community resources,and on the basis of maintaining the community environment,introduce community capital,improve the community resource environment,and build a new type of community community of common governance,sharing,and empathy.Secondly,it is necessary to carry out basic emotional construction,improve satisfaction with community services and the cultural atmosphere of the neighborhood,and recognize the multiple interactions of the community as a social system;Effectively introduce social work into the community,cultivate and use professional social work forces in the community,introduce multiple subjects and ways to participate in community governance,innovate work methods,create a community "home" cultural atmosphere,and establish harmonious and friendly neighborhood relations;Effectively enable residents to feel the improvement of their sense of happiness.This is not only a further breakthrough in community governance and community construction,but also a new idea and method for the country to improve its governance level and implement the "three cooperative linkage" mechanism to expand to the "five cooperative linkage" mechanism.
