Education is the foundation of a country’s development and has attracted much attention from people.More and more families pay attention to their children’s early education investment,send infants to early education institutions,in order to achieve the vision of winning at the starting line.However,the market nursery institutions are crowded,advanced teaching and other problems,causing parenting anxiety of parents.At the same time,Opinions on Further Reducing Homework Burden and Off-campus Training Burden of Students in Compulsory Education in 2021 clearly proposes to reduce the total amount and length of homework,and also makes corresponding requirements on off-campus training.The implementation of the "double reduction" policy has a huge impact on the education and training industry.The change of domestic educational environment not only makes the primary and secondary school system face rectification,but also brings great crisis and challenge for our out-of-school training enterprises.Many training enterprises begin to transform or use corporate governance system to explore the way to establish themselves,so do LT enterprise training enterprises.Especially with the arrival of knowledge economy,the development of talent demand has changed greatly,and the incentive mode based on material incentive is difficult to meet the development of modern enterprises.Meanwhile,enterprises and employees create together but do not share risks,enterprises can only bear risks alone,and the interests of employees and enterprises are inconsistent.The emergence of business partner system can effectively coordinate the interest relationship between employees and enterprises,stimulate employees’ dedication to their career,and promote them to advance and retreat together with enterprises.In fact,the system can realize the sharing and sharing of the situation between individuals and enterprises,by uniting different stakeholders,in order to eliminate the centrifugal situation when the enterprise faces a crisis.Secondly,this system is beneficial to strengthen the ability of the team.It coordinates the relationship between employees through flat management,and divides the enterprise into multiple amoebas in combination with amoeba management theory to stimulate the entrepreneurial mentality of employees,so that employees can achieve high goals and form a kind of complementary wisdom for the enterprise.Therefore,training enterprises can integrate human resources and improve organizational structure with the help of corporate governance measures,so as to effectively motivate employees.At the same time,the business partner system can also make up for the shortcomings of the traditional governance mode,and transform the enterprise into a co-creation and co-ownership mode,so as to effectively improve the sense of ownership of employees.Based on the enterprise partner system management theory,incentive theory,Amoeba management theory,this thesis takes LT teaching and training enterprises as the research object to carry out the enterprise partner system design research.At the theoretical level,this thesis reviews the existing academic research results on the enterprise partnership system.Based on the different research foothold of different scholars,the theoretical research on the enterprise partnership system presents different cognitive results.Firstly,the background of business partner system and double-reduction policy is analyzed to find out the significance of enterprise design business partner system,and then it is described in combination with research methods and content framework.Secondly,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of business partner system are elaborated,domestic and foreign literature is reviewed,and then the business partner system cases of G,Haier Group and HY enterprise are analyzed.This thesis introduces the reasons and design elements for the implementation of the business partner system,then analyzes the existing problems and causes of the incentive model of LT education and training enterprises,expounds the necessity and feasibility of the implementation of the business partnership system with interviews and questionnaires,and puts forward the reform thoughts of the business partner system of LT enterprises.Finally,it designs the organizational structure of LT enterprise business partnership system,comprehensively analyzes the entry mechanism,incentive mechanism,distribution mechanism and withdrawal mechanism of LT enterprise design business partnership system,so as to design the enterprise business partnership system framework that conforms to the reality of LT enterprises,and help enterprises effectively through the transformation period.This thesis analyzes LT education and training enterprises,studies the purpose and design elements of implementing the enterprise partner system in LT education and training enterprises based on the enterprise partner theory and incentive theory,carries out practical discussion through various enterprise data,and introduces amoeba operation and management on the basis of the theory,and analyzes the problems existing in the incentive mode of LT education and training enterprises.Combined with the analysis results,appropriate solutions are proposed(that is,to use the business partner system to achieve enterprise transformation and development),which has practical guiding significance for the improvement of the enterprise’s own management level,and can also play a practical reference role for the organization and management of other enterprises.Starting from the current situation of incentive mode management in LT education and training enterprises,this thesis analyzes the current situation by means of incentive theory and equity incentive,and points out the existing problems and causes of incentive in LT enterprises,namely,unsatisfactory incentive effect and brain drain.At the same time,based on amoeba management theory,stakeholder theory and other contents of the corresponding solutions,so as to build efficient incentive management mode,enrich the enterprise partner management theory.
