Since the 1980 s,Hunan Province has trained a number of outstanding gymnastics Olympic champions and world champions,such as Li Xiaopeng,Liu Xuan,Ling Jie,Yang Yun,Tan Jiasheng and so on.Hunan gymnastics fell into a trough after experiencing glory,and in recent years,it is difficult to see the figure of Hunan gymnasts in international gymnastics competitions,one of the most important reasons is the decline in gymnastics population and the fault of gymnastics reserve talents.In order to change this phenomenon,Hunan Province actively responded to the call of the Gymnastics Sports Management Center of the General Administration of Sport of the People’s Republic of China in 2014 to vigorously promote the development of happy gymnastics projects,and opened the prelude to the promotion of happy gymnastics in primary and secondary schools and kindergartens in various cities and counties.Its purpose is to expand the gymnastics population and make kindergartens,primary and secondary schools and clubs a base for the training of reserve talents in gymnastics.It is of practical significance to study the experience and problems of happy gymnastics in kindergartens in Changsha.The research used the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,mathematical statistics method and other research methods to investigate and analyze the current situation of 10 kindergartens in Changsha that carry out happy gymnastics.The following conclusions are drawn:1.The kindergarten leaders’ understanding of the happy gymnastics project is limited,which limits the sustainable vitality of the happy gymnastics project in the kindergarten to a certain extent;The kindergarten has no happy gymnastics development plan and relevant systems,which is not conducive to the orderly and effective development of happy gymnastics.2.The sex structure and professional title structure of happy gymnastics teachers are not reasonable,and there is a lack of teachers who have graduated from the gymnastics specialty of physical education with high matching degree with happy gymnastics;The knowledge and technical skills related to happy gymnastics are acquired through training,and the limited training time and frequency limit the teaching height;The lack of funds for the construction of happy gymnastics limits the allocation of venue equipment,which can not well meet the needs of children’s happy gymnastics teaching and activities.3.The happy gymnastics class is narrow in scope and involves fewer students;The teaching objectives are relatively clear,the use of teaching materials is not regulated,and there is a lack of self compiled teaching materials;The teaching items are selected according to the venues,equipment and facilities in the park.Teachers adopt a variety of teaching organization forms.Language transmission information and direct perception are the most commonly used teaching methods for teachers;Kindergartens have great room for improvement in the evaluation of teachers’ teaching work.Teachers’ evaluation of children’s learning is based on "grade + comments",which is more reasonable.4.Lack of the atmosphere of promoting teaching,learning and competition.Although80% of kindergartens have participated in the national,provincial,municipal and district(county)level happy gymnastics competitions to varying degrees,there are not many people involved,and there are few reports,performances or summaries before and after the competitions.Happy gymnastics competitions have not been carried out in kindergartens,and a good atmosphere of promoting teaching,learning and promotion by competitions has not been formed.5.The parents of kindergartens in Changsha City have deviation in their cognition of happy gymnastics.Whether they support happy Gymnastics in kindergartens or not,it is not out of their cognition of the characteristics,functions and values of happy gymnastics;Parents support the development of happy Gymnastics in kindergartens,are satisfied with teachers’ teaching,and are satisfied with the physical improvement of children after they participate in happy gymnastics learning.The following suggestions are made for the above issues:1.Mobilize the enthusiasm of the leaders of the park to carry out happy gymnastics.Improve the comprehensive understanding of happy gymnastics by the leaders of the park,and formulate and implement the development plan and system of happy gymnastics.2.Strengthen the construction of the teaching team and improve the quality of the teaching team.Introduce professional male teachers of happy gymnastics,improve the gender structure ratio and professionalism of teachers,and strengthen the training strength and quality of happy gymnastics teachers.Raise funds through multiple channels to improve site construction and equipment allocation.Actively introduce social resources,mobilize the government,enterprises and institutions and parents to pay attention to and financial support for the construction of happy gymnastics in kindergartens.3.Increase the popularity of happy gymnastics.On the basis of the strengthening of the teaching staff and the improvement of the venue equipment,the opening of classes of happy gymnastics is increased,the teaching of happy gymnastics projects is increased,and teachers are actively organized to compile their own teaching materials.4.Enhance the atmosphere of promoting teaching,learning and promoting by racing.Strengthen the cooperation between sports departments,education departments and social institutions,jointly hold large-scale children’s happy gymnastics events,and report performances before and after the kindergarten team participates.5.Enhance parents’ awareness of happy gymnastics.Adopt multiple ways to publicize children’s happy gymnastics competitions and improve parents’ awareness of happy gymnastics.
