In recent years,with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of living standard,people pay more and more attention to the health benefits of exercise,jumping rope as a simple and efficient aerobic exercise and attention,and selected as China’s elementary school students physical side of the important assessment index.At present,the research on jump rope exercise mainly focuses on the direction of muscle strength analysis and posture control,but the effective quantitative evaluation standard of motor skills such as limb coordination and stability in jump rope exercise has not yet been established,and the research on the synergy rule between the inner limbs is also rarely involved.To address the problem that the intrinsic motion characteristics of jump rope are difficult to obtain effectively,we use the method of fast Fourier transform to abstract the joint motion trajectory of rhythmic motion into the particle swarm distribution in parameter space,and establish the quantitative evaluation criteria of human jump rope skills by analyzing the particle swarm distribution law of subjects with different skill levels and combining the time-domain synergistic feature constraints of human jump rope motion,in order to realize the accurate analysis of the synergistic law embedded in human jump rope motion.The purpose of this study is to accurately analyze the synergistic patterns of human jump rope movement,and provide reasonable and effective exercise evaluation and guidance for primary school students and jump rope enthusiasts.Firstly,in order to obtain the accurate jump rope movement data,we designed the human jump rope movement data capture experiment,established the jump rope movement capture database,and established the human jump rope movement simulation model,and applied the Denavit-Hartenberg method to carry out the kinematic calculation of the captured human jump rope data,so as to provide data support for the subsequent particle analysis of jump rope movement.Secondly,for the jumping method of jumping rope with both feet together,the jumping rope cycle was divided according to the position of the center of mass and the moment of contact between the human body and the ground,and the jumping rope motion matrix was established to analyze the joint phase characteristics of subjects with different jumping rope levels,reveal the phase relationship between the joints of subjects with different jumping rope levels,and the time domain characteristics of the joints were comprehensively analyzed according to the regular presentation of the joint angle curves of the upper and lower limbs of the subjects to obtain The time-domain synergistic pattern between subjects of different jump rope levels was obtained.Again,to address the problem of inaccurate analysis of human jump rope motion features,we proposed to use the fast Fourier transform to abstract the joint motion trajectories into the distribution of particle sets in the feature space,and use the decomposed particles to reconstruct the jump rope motion with high precision to verify the validity of the method;meanwhile,we analyzed the particle distribution patterns of subjects with different jump rope levels,and verified the consistency of the human jump rope motion time-domain synergistic feature constraints and particle distribution patterns by analyzing the The accuracy of the particle analysis method was verified by analyzing the consistency between the time-domain synergy constraints and the particle distribution patterns of human jump rope movement.Finally,to address the problem that the intrinsic synergistic law of jump rope motion is difficult to be accurately portrayed,the angular momentum kinetic balance portrayal parameter of the center of mass is introduced,and the quantitative evaluation of the motion synergism is initially conducted by combining with the particle distribution law,and the intrinsic connection between the angular momentum parameter and the motion synergism is clarified.On the basis of this,the characteristic parameters of the criterion were extracted and the quantitative evaluation system of the jump rope movement skill was established by using the bee colony algorithm,and finally the quantitative evaluation of the inner synergy of different subjects’ jump rope movement was realized.
