| Learning Progressions was put forward in the context of science education reform,aiming to improve the problems of relatively broad science education standards,fragmented science curriculum planning and lack of cohesion,and single student evaluation method,and described the cognitive development path of students.Because Learning Progressions systematically describes the scientific learning process of students from the perspective of cognitive development,on the other hand,Learning Progressions can connect research on learning with classroom teaching practice.These all mean that Learning Progressions has great application value in teaching practice.However,it is found through research that the connection between Learning Progressions and classroom teaching practice is affected by teachers’ own factors.Therefore,through literature review and interviews with front-line physics teachers,this study investigates the application of Learning Progressions in physics teaching practice,explores ways to solve the problem,and hopes to truly exert the application value of advanced learning in teaching practice.In order to solve the application of Learning Progressions in physics teaching practice,this study firstly constructs the advanced developmental model of physical concept learning based on Learning Progressions theory,describing the cognitive development stages and specific performance of students’ learning of physical concepts.Then try to take the problem chain as the key to solving the problem,integrate the two to put forward a theoretical framework of Learning Progressions with the problem chain as the scaffold,and build the advanced application model and teaching design process of physics learning based on the problem chain on the basis of the framework.Finally,the corresponding teaching design and educational experiment are carried out.By analyzing the results of educational experiments,it is found that it is feasible to use the problem chain as the bracket to solving Learning Progressions application problems in learning,and teachers can effectively improve students’ understanding of physical concepts by applying the application model and instructional design process created in this study.Finally,the advanced application mode of physics learning based on problem chain verified by educational experiments puts forward higher professional requirements for teachers,which helps to improve teachers’ overall quality and train teachers’ teaching practice ability. |
