Research On Optimization Of Financial Information System Of G University Based On Intelligence

In recent years,with the increasing support of the state for education,the improvement of the management level of universities has become an urgent requirement.In the 14 th Five-Year Plan of China,the construction of university financial informatization is regarded as an important requirement,which aims to improve the efficiency of university financial management,reduce management costs and risks,and better meet the financial management requirements of China.Under the increasingly strict regulatory environment,the financial informatization construction of colleges and universities can better meet the regulatory requirements.By establishing a perfect financial informatization system,colleges and universities can record,analyze and report financial situation more comprehensively,so as to realize standardized management and follow the national regulatory requirements.Meanwhile,with the rapid development of information technology,the construction of financial informatization system becomes possible.By applying advanced information technology,colleges and universities can achieve fast,accurate and secure processing of financial information,thus improving the efficiency and quality of financial management.However,for G Universities and universities,the expanding scale,increasing student population and diversified income also bring certain opportunities and challenges.Although the development of intelligent finance brings opportunities for financial management of colleges and universities,it also brings great challenges.Firstly,the construction of intelligent finance requires college managers and financial personnel to have the application ability and relevant knowledge of information technology,so colleges and universities need to strengthen the training and introduction of information technology talents.Secondly,the construction of financial informatization system needs to fully consider the characteristics and demands of universities to ensure that the system can adapt to the financial management process and scale of universities.In addition,the security and data protection of the intelligent financial system is also an important consideration,and universities need to strengthen information security management to ensure the confidentiality and integrity of financial data.Therefore,G Universities and universities need to build an efficient financial informatization system to meet the increasingly complex financial management needs,improve the efficiency and quality of financial management,and provide reliable financial support for the future development of colleges and universities.This paper adopts the empirical summary method and the case study method to study the financial information system of G Universities and universities.The experience summarization method explores the current situation and problems of the intelligent financial information system by summarizing and generalizing past experiences.The case study method,on the other hand,analyzes the internal mechanism and operation of the financial informatization system of G Universities and universities by studying it in depth in order to obtain detailed empirical data and cases.This paper focuses on the current situation,problems and optimization goals and measures of the financial informatization system of G Universities and universities based on wisdom.Through the research and analysis of the financial informatization system of G Universities and universities,this paper draws the following conclusions: firstly,the financial informatization of G Universities and universities is mainly reflected in the wisdom-based budget management system,the wisdom-based online reporting system,the wisdom-based fee management system and the wisdom-based query system.Secondly,there are some problems in the current financial informatization system of G Universities and universities based on wisdom,including the poor implementation of internal control system,low degree of data,imperfect budget management system,hidden problems in financial management system,untimely transmission of financial information and lack of managers’ attention to the construction of wisdom and lack of informatization talents.In response to these problems,the objectives and measures for optimization of financial informatization system of G Universities and universities based on wisdom are proposed.The innovation of this study is to apply the wisdom-based financial informatization system to the actual situation of G Universities and universities and propose specific optimization goals and measures for the existing problems.However,the shortcomings of this paper are the lack of quantitative data support and more extensive case validation.Future research can strengthen data collection and analysis as well as conduct more empirical studies to further validate and improve the findings of this paper.In addition,future improvements can explore the optimization methods of intelligent financial informatization system from more perspectives,including combining new technologies such as artificial intelligence and big data analysis to further enhance the intelligence level of financial informatization system and provide more innovative solutions for financial management of G universities.In addition,future research can further explore the sustainability of the intelligent financial informatization system,including how to balance the flexibility and stability of the financial informatization system,and how to cope with the changing regulatory requirements and technological development.
