Research On The Optimization Of Financial Information Flow In Linyi University

Financial information flow is an important part of the management about unit information flow.It has many characteristics such as long transmission path,multiple departments,large time span,wide range of business and so on.And with the full participation in the financial disclosure and authorization mode of the University,the financial data processing involves more extensive.The low efficiency of financial information flow,low quality,and the stagnation of the information flow caused by human factors,often bring serious harm to the timeliness and seriousness of the financial data,and even affect the normal development of the business.In order to coordinate the efficient and safe operation of financial information flow,it is urgent to optimize the financial information flow.In this article,combined with the development of information technology and domestic background,based on Linyi university financial information system and business system analysis,through the combination of theoretical analysis and practical summary,I want to establish a "unified code and format information synchronization mechanism,operation flow and data flow data formation mechanism",by establishing the information progress monitoring and feedback the mechanism of efficient flow of information flow.It will effectively promote the efficient flow of information,safety campaign.It will improve the financial management level of Linyi University and promote the construction of "Shandong province characteristic school".
