| In the context of the strategy of strengthening China through sports,talent development is an important guarantee,especially in sports training and sports competition.Currently,most of the research on the coaching ability of coaches is focused on the investigation of the current situation of coaching ability and the construction of indicator systems.There are relatively few studies on the path to improving coaching ability,and most of the research focuses on universities or high-level sports teams,with a relatively wide range of research.There are differences in the sports style,technical and tactical characteristics,and development level of basketball in different regions.Therefore,it is necessary to carry out accurate and basic research on the scope of small regions.This study will start with an effective improvement path,taking the excellent basketball team in Hangzhou as the research scope,explore the development opportunities of high school basketball in Hangzhou,and propose an improvement path suitable for the current situation of high school basketball coaches in Hangzhou,which has important significance for the development of high school basketball in Hangzhou and the steady progress of talent cultivation.This study uses relevant research methods,through surveys,interviews,statistical analysis,literature review,and other methods,to analyze and study the basic situation of outstanding high school basketball coaches in Hangzhou,teaching ability evaluation indicators,existing problems and causes of teaching ability,and constructs a basketball coach teaching ability evaluation indicator system.Based on this,a questionnaire is developed It is check through expert review and personal inspection,research shows:(1)The teaching ability of basketball coaches in Hangzhou High School mainly includes four aspects: the ability to formulate teaching and training plans,the ability to execute the game process,the ability to inspect and summarize,and the personal learning and communication ability of coaches.Among them,the ability to formulate teaching and training plans includes the ability to formulate training processes and methods,the ability of coaches to comprehensively plan,the ability to plan training knowledge,and the ability to plan teaching and training plans;The execution ability of the game process is mainly evaluated from the process of the game,including the ability to analyze the opponent’s ability,the ability to analyze the status of players in different positions,the ability to collect and analyze data during the process,the ability to formulate tactical changes during the game,and the ability to adapt and execute during the game;Inspection and summary ability includes inspection and comparison ability,targeted analysis ability,effective strategy ability,and post game summary ability;Coaches’ personal learning and communication abilities include personal learning ability and personal communication ability;(2)The study was conducted on the coaches of Hangzhou’s excellent high school basketball team,and a large number of coaches were between 35-49 years old.The professional title is generally called junior high school students,and most of the survey participants have long-term practical experience and personal specialized experience,improve personal professional knowledge reserves and optimize training capabilities through various ways,It is mainly used for independent online search literature,and participation in on-the-job training for coaches.Many coaches can realize that their research capabilities and scientific research level for new basketball techniques and tactics still need to be further improved in the context of the era.(3)The development of training plans for basketball coaches in Hangzhou is generally ideal.Most coaches are able to arrange diverse training modes,and over90% of coaches are able to introduce new training and new planning modes,and arrange diversified training to innovate training methods.However,there is still room for improvement in terms of tactical execution capabilities and inspection and summary capabilities.(4)The strategy for improving coaches of Hangzhou’s excellent high school basketball team is to increase decision-making efforts and improve the hierarchical management system of coaches.Increase social attention and enhance the personalized development level of coaches.Standardize the training system,promote the upgrading of coaches’ abilities,and ultimately achieve the refinement of personal growth management for coaches. |
