Research On The Construction And Application Of Scientific Research Profiles Of College Teachers

The development of scientific research is an important part of the professional development of college teachers.Due to the needs of social development,it has received more and more attention.However,compared with the teaching development of college teachers,there are few related studies on how to promote the development of teachers’ scientific research.Therefore,this article discusses the problems that hinder the professional development of teachers in the current scientific research environment in universities,and builds a scientific research profile with the help of experience in the business field,aiming to improve the scientific research development level of university teachers through personalized services.On the basis of systematically sorting out relevant research and literature,the current research trends and status quo of scientific research profile are summarized,and the technical background is explained,which lays the foundation for in-depth research.In terms of profile model construction,first of all,four construction principles are proposed based on the investigation of specific profile usage scenarios,and then puts forward the overall construction process of profiles on the basis of previous studies and implements them: the first step is to design the dimensions of scientific research profiles based on previous research conclusions combined with specific application scenarios,and construct a scientific research profile model from the three dimensions of demography,scientific research capabilities,and scientific research interests;in the second step,according to the results of dimension division,multi-source data is collected by means of data center sharing and web crawlers,and pre-processed;the third step is to design a tag generation method based on the attributes and characteristics of various tags in each dimension to achieve accurate description,and through the profile Labeled examples show the profiling results.In terms of profile application,this paper is oriented towards the professional development of college teachers,with young teachers as the main body of application.First of all,according to the scientific research ability label and scientific research interest label in the profile,accurately recommend scientific research collaborators for teachers,so as to broaden the depth and breadth of professional development.Secondly,on the basis of the profile label,various data indicators for generating a scientific research ability diagnosis report are obtained,and the traditional natural language generation technology is used to convert the data into text to realize the generation of a scientific research ability diagnosis report.Analyzing the effects of the above two applications,the results show that: scientific research profiles can not only recommend scientific research collaborators with similar interests and excellent abilities for teachers to a certain extent,but also provide reference basis and developmental suggestions for the development of teachers’ scientific research capabilities.On the basis of the above work,this paper designs and develops a scientific research profile application system based on demand analysis,and demonstrates the realization effect of the main functional modules,finally,the system is tested and analyzed to verify that the system meets user needs.
