| With the continuous development of information technologies such as big data and cloud computing,the software service industry has become one of the fastest-growing industries in recent years.The market scope is constantly expanding,and competition among software enterprises is becoming increasingly fierce.In order to promote the timely completion of projects and improve economic benefits,software companies are paying more attention to project process management.In project management,project schedule management is considered a crucial aspect as it has a direct impact on ensuring that the project can be completed within the expected time and achieving project goals.Therefore,project schedule management can be regarded as one of the essential constraints in project management.Especially for software service projects,project schedule management has become a key element for software companies to achieve commercial success.This article focuses on the application of Scrum agile model in the field of software service projects.Conduct in-depth analysis of the situation and problems of Company A’s H software service project,and combine the Scrum agile model with the actual situation of Company A and the actual problems of the H software service project,propose improvement measures for the progress management of the H project,and verify the effectiveness of the Scrum agile model in the progress management of the project.This article first summarizes and sorts out literature and documents related to software project progress management both domestically and internationally;Secondly,based on the results of literature research,in-depth analysis was conducted on the problems that existed in the early stage of Company A’s H project,and the top 3 issues that need to be paid attention to in H project schedule management were identified;Then,by analyzing the advantages and disadvantages of the project schedule management model and the feasibility of applying Scrum agile model to project H,it can be concluded that Scrum agile model can better meet the schedule management requirements of project H than traditional development models such as waterfall model;Finally,based on the Scrum agile model framework and the actual situation of the H project,establish a management model and propose methods and techniques for optimizing project schedule management.This study provides a path and method for the continuous optimization and improvement of the company’s H project schedule management,ensuring that the H project completes project delivery within the established time.This study has laid a solid foundation for the successful commercialization of the H project and improved the project management capabilities of Company A.At the same time,the research results can not only be applied to the progress management of similar teams or projects,but also provide theoretical guidance and practical reference for other enterprise management work. |
