Exhibition is an important means for the museum to spread traditional culture and give play to the function of education and popular science.It is also an important activity for the public to contact and understand traditional and historical information.In recent years,due to the development of information technology and the society of normalized epidemic prevention and control,the museum online exhibition system is well known and used by more people because of its breakthrough in space-time constraints and rich display forms.However,due to the lack of overall research on the museum online exhibition system,many contradictions between users and the system have been exposed in the case practice.Therefore,taking the museum online exhibition system as the research object,this paper studies the experience design and interactive behavior model of the online exhibition system from the perspective of users,in order to clarify the feeling behavior mechanism of users when using the online exhibition system,optimize the user experience of the online exhibition system,improve the competitiveness of the online exhibition system and help the dissemination of traditional culture.Firstly,the subject studies the "object" of the online exhibition system.This paper combs the definition,characteristics,types and display forms of Museum online exhibition,summarizes the four common functions of Museum online exhibition system,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of online exhibition system cases.Secondly,the research on "people" is carried out for users.Through the three-level experience theory,this paper analyzes the whole process experience of users’ online viewing of the exhibition,and carries out qualitative user research on this basis.Take the user portrait and experience journey map as the methods to grasp the needs,objectives,pain points and influencing factors of experience when users use the museum online exhibition system.Through literature and clustering method,the influencing factors are divided into two categories:system factors and user feelings.System factors include system quality,information quality and service quality;User experience includes perceived ease of use,perceived usefulness,perceived interaction and perceived entertainment.Then,based on the S-O-R behavior framework and the above influencing factors,an interactive behavior model of Museum online exhibition system is constructed and verified.The design strategies of Museum online exhibition system with guiding significance are put forward:(1)improve perceived ease of use-open up the operation path for users and provide on-site help;(2)Enhance perceived usefulness-connect user experience with cloud exhibition as the face,service as the line and image as the point;(3)Enhance perceived interaction-enhance users’ sense of participation and boost cultural exchanges;(4)Enhance perceived Entertainment-make the system content interesting and surprise the service.Finally,based on the design strategy and requirements,the online exhibition system of Guangdong Museum is designed and evaluated by users.It is verified that the design strategy has a certain role and feasibility in improving positive perception and user experience,which provides a certain reference for the design and research of Museum online exhibition system in the future.
