| With the acceleration of urbanization and the rise of emerging lifestyles,people’s service demands for contemporary logistics is gradually increasing,and the timeliness requirements are becoming more and more strict.In the face of the rapid development of intra-city express delivery,traditional express companies have deployed intra-city delivery business and seized the intra-city instant delivery market.However,the phenomenon of road traffic congestion in cities has become more and more serious,high distribution costs,low efficiency and poor timeliness have always plagued the development of intra-city distribution.At this time,the proposal of urban underground logistics provides a new idea for solving the contradiction between urban development and logistics demand growth.Based on the actual demand faced by the urban express delivery,this paper discusses the optimization of pick-up and delivery routes with time windows under the metro and courier terminal vehicle intermodal transportation mode.Firstly,starting from the development and existing problems of the intra-city instant express,the advantages and characteristics of using the metro distribution mode are explained;then from the Beijing metro network distribution,metro delivery time period,metro departure punctuality rate and minimum departure time interval,metro safety and environmental protection,the impact of metro distribution on the main body of logistics and other aspects discuss the feasibility of using the metro to carry out urban distribution in Beijing.On this basis,the research scenarios and research questions of this paper are defined,and the route planning model for simultaneous pickup and delivery with lowest comprehensive cost is constructed considering factors such as customer time window requirements,vehicle weight restrictions,simultaneous pickup and delivery,and metro transportation under the metro and express delivery vehicle intermodal transportation mode.Later,an improved genetic algorithm is designed to solve the problem,the picking and delivery demand order and vehicle load constraints are considered when generating the initial population;the selection operation adopts a combination of fast non-dominated sorting,crowding degree operator and elite strategy;crossover and mutation operations respectively improved on the basis of sequential crossover and reverse mutation to better preserve excellent routes.Finally,based on the empirical analysis of the intra-city express data of company X,the model and algorithm are applied to the case of 5 subway stations in each of the two districts and a total of 50 customer demand points,and the corresponding simultaneous pick-up and delivery route plan result is obtained under the metro and courier vehicle intermodal transportation mode.Compare and analyze the result scheme and the VRP result of non-simultaneous pick-up and delivery,and analyze the impact of different vehicle load limits on the route planning scheme from the dimensions of cost,distance,loading rate.Later we further study the situation of dynamic demand,analyze how to adjust the currently planned path when new customer demand points appear in the service process.These provide a certain positive effect for the development of enterprises and the intra-city distribution industry. |
