Research On Optimization Of Y Company’s Software Project Management Based On Scrum Agile Method

Y Company is an innovative service provider which positioned in the industrial Internet.With the rapid expansion of the company’s business scope and business volume,Y Company is facing the problem of how to improve customer satisfaction and market share.In recent years,problems encountered in the implementation of the company’s software project management have gradually emerged,User satisfaction has gradually declined,which has attracted the attention of the company’s management.How to improve the quality and efficiency of software project management has become an important issue facing the company.At the current stage,agile method is more popular,and some of its concepts are quite different from the traditional waterfall model.It is applicable to software projects with large changes in requirements,which is consistent with the current situation of YCompany..In this paper,I have collected,read and organized a large amount of related materials and research results,and have understood the theories related to software project management and agile development.the relevant theories of software project management and agile development.At the same time,according to the actual situation of company Y,the practice of Scrum method in the company is mainly studied.Through summarizing and analyzing the current situation of the company’s existing software project management,several relatively critical issues at the current stage are summarized,namely,organizational structure,project progress,project quality,etc.Through the in-depth analysis of these problems,the root causes of these problems are sorted out,and an implementation plan based on Scrum methodology is designed for company Y..The implementation plan based on the Scrum method has reconstituted the agile team for company Y,and proposed corresponding measures in terms of project requirements,project progress,project quality management,etc.Finally,the exploration and practice were carried out in the D software project of company Y,and the quantitative analysis of the project progress and quality after the practice was carried out.Through the verification of the analysis results,it was concluded that the improvement scheme based on Scrum method could indeed improve the quality and efficiency of the software project management of company Y.The solution is also of significant value to company Y,specifically in terms of improving the delivery cycle and quality of the company’s software projects,and being cost-friendly;it also has a positive effect on the optimal management of the company’s project team and the market share improvement of the project products in the long run.
