With the rapid development of Cloud Computing and network technology,cloud video interaction services have begun to enter the public’s field of vision,and cloud video interaction services have become increasingly widely used,such as Mobile Cloud Gaming services,Cloud VR services,etc.For cloud video interaction services,the research on Quality of Experience can provide effective guidance and reference for operators to efficiently allocate resources and optimize technical solutions,which is of great significance to the development of cloud video interaction services.However,compared with traditional video media services,cloud video interaction services have the characteristics of strong interactivity and Cloud Rendering,which brings new challenges to the research of user experience.In this regard,this thesis analyzes the user’s perception characteristics of different distortion effects for MCG services and Cloud VR services,and proposes a QoE evaluation model for mobile cloud gaming services and a task-oriented Cloud VR service QoE evaluation model.First,for the mobile cloud game services,in order to quantitatively analyze the influence of different parameters in the MCG services on the user’s subjective experience,this thesis is based on the characteristics of cloud rendering and network transmission of the mobile cloud game services,combined with the user’s subjective perception of visual distortion in the process of user-media interaction.The user’s subjective experience is studied from the three dimensions of Video Quality,Presentation Quality and Interaction Quality.(1)Considering the influence of the spatiotemporal complexity of game media content on coding efficiency,a video quality evaluation model based on bit rate,resolution and frame rate is proposed;(2)In view of the problems caused by factors such as rendering and network transmission in MCG services Stalling distortion,a presentation quality evaluation model based on stalling perception is proposed;(3)Considering the characteristics that users are more sensitive to interaction response delay in interactive services,analyze the relationship between delay and user perception,and propose an evaluation model for interaction quality.Finally,based on the research results of the above three dimensions,a comprehensive evaluation model of MCG service QoE is established,and the performance of the model is verified through subjective experiments.The experimental results show that the MCG service QoE model proposed in this thesis can more accurately evaluate the quality of user experience.Secondly,for Cloud VR services,this thesis studies the impact of task complexity and stalling on user experience in interactive scenarios through subjective experiments.Firstly,the interaction scene used in the subjective interaction experiment is designed through Unity3 D,and then based on the Task Complexity theory in the field of Human Computer Interaction(HCI),the task complexity description method of the interaction scene is proposed,and analyzed the relationship between the user’s subjective task difficulty and the objective task complexity;On this basis,the relationship between stalling distortion and user QoE under different task complexity scenarios is studied,and a task-oriented Cloud VR service QoE evaluation model is established.The experimental results show that the predicted value of the model proposed in this thesis has a good consistency with the subjective quality,and can more accurately evaluate the user experience quality of Cloud VR services in the task environment.
