The traditional electrical domain signal processing technology has been developed relatively maturely,and digital chips and integrated circuits are continuously improving the energy efficiency ratio according to Moore’s Law,which makes the radio frequency signal processing method combining the link composed of electrical domain devices and digital signal processing in radar.Detection,communication and other fields have been widely used,but this method based on electrical domain signal processing is difficult to meet the growing demand for high frequency bands and large bandwidths.In order to overcome the difficulties encountered in the improvement of operating frequency,signal bandwidth,and antielectromagnetic interference capability in the process of signal processing,this thesis researches on the related signal processing techniques based on microwave pho tonics.This thesis mainly studies the microwave photonic signal processing algorithm,and realizes real-time processing on the Field Programmable Gate Array(FPGA)for the corresponding algorithm,and completes the following work:1.The history and research trend of radar detection system are expounded.At the same time,combined with the history and development of microwave photonics,the thesis investigates and introduces the application status of microwave photonic technology by domestic and foreign institutions in recent years,and introduces the application status of FPGA in signal processing.After that,the core modulation devices used in the microwave photonic signal processing algorithm in the thesis are theoretically analyzed,and the working principle of the signal acquisition card used in the signal processing process is introduced to realize the basic structure of the hardware platform of the algorithm.2.Design a real-time processing scheme of frequency domain analysis pulse signal time domain parameter measurement based on threshold decision.The frequency domain analysis scheme of pulse parameters based on Fast Fourier Transform(FFT)is studied,and the feasibility of the pulse parameter estimation scheme by stepping sliding window is verified by simulation.The structure combined with the structure of single-channel buffer and dualchannel FFT parallel processing realizes the real-time signal measurement scheme of pulse signal time-domain parameters.Compared with the traditional scheme,this method can obtain measurement results with lower error in the environment of low signal-to-noise ratio.3.The causes of the imbalance of the quadrature signal(In-phase/Quadrature,I/Q)in the microwave photonic system are analyzed,and the commonly used compensation algorithms are introduced.A wideband signal imbalance real-time compensation algorithm is proposed,and the feasibility of the scheme is verified on the FPGA platform.4.The thesis introduces a microwave photonic frequency measurement link and frequency measurement method,design a data asynchronous transmission scheme applied to FPGA signal processing,and realize the communication from programmable logic domain to onchip processing system in FPGA.The Ethernet communication with the computer is developed on the FPGA integrated ARM platform,and the host computer software is developed on the computer to realize data interaction.
