Design And Implementation Of A New Business Monitoring System Of Government-Enterprise Customer Service Platform For An Operator

With the development of information technology and the deepening of changes in China’s information industry,the competition between operators and enterprises has shifted from competition in terms of resources and scale to comprehensive business operations.The current business monitoring system has pain points such as insufficient monitoring,high resource consumption,and regionalization of monitoring.With the surge of operators’ services,the all-round business monitoring system has created new business revenue points for operators and enterprises.Government and enterprise customers are an inseparable part of the operator’s enterprise customer base,and their business is the focus of the operator’s enterprise business.Therefore,multifaceted cooperation between government and enterprise customers is an important development direction for the operator and enterprise.The monitoring system designed in this paper is to provide a unified,visualized and convenient all-round business monitoring system for operators and enterprises,and to provide users and managers with reliable business products.Aiming at the current business situation between operator enterprises and government and enterprise customers,this paper proposes a new service monitoring system for government and enterprise customers to solve the problems of inconsistency,comprehensiveness,and unification of government and enterprise business monitoring.This system applies the agile development mode,uses the micro-service architecture technology.Since fully investigating the project background,status and development,firstly completed the functional requirements and non-functional requirements of the system,secondly completed the design of the system,then coded and implemented the system,and finally tested the system.At the end of the subject,the subject is summarized,and the shortcomings and prospects are put forward.At present,the new service monitoring of an operator’s government-enterprise customer service platform has been launched,and the operation is in good condition.
