In the era of digital economy,guided by the new infrastructure strategy,5G plays an important fundamental supporting role in promoting the digital development of industries.Correspondingly,government and enterprise customers will also become the focus of new business tracks for operators.However,the Digital transformation needs of thousands of industries are highly differentiated and customized,and the operators’business process advantages to the mass customer market are obviously insufficient in terms of timely response and agile supply needs.How to optimize the business process and adjust the corresponding organizational structure is the current pain point.At the same time,theoretically speaking,the atomization of technological capabilities such as cloud native also puts forward requirements for the coupling research of business processes.How to combine process optimization and decoupling is a problem that needs to be explored.On the basis of studying the theories and research methods related to business processes and organizational structure,this thesis clarifies the relationship between business processes and organizational structure,with a focus on the coupling structure of business processes of operators,government and enterprises.Conduct interviews and research to sort out the current situation and problems of the business processes of operators,government enterprises,and explore the root causes.Taking the case of T Company,a typical representative of the industry,as the analysis object,a government enterprise business process model based on the design structure matrix is constructed and coupled for identification,and then use the ESEIA analysis method to propose a process optimization scheme.The effectiveness of the business process optimization plan was verified by calculating and comparing the coordination costs before and after optimization.Finally,domain mapping matrix and multiple domain matrix methods were introduced to measure the dependency between processes and organizations,achieve organizational architecture modeling and clustering analysis,and propose organizational architecture adjustment plans corresponding to the optimized processes.This thesis combs out the problems encountered by operators in the digital transformation of the enabling industry with 5G technology.With the help of design structure matrix,ESEIA analysis method,multiple domain matrix and other methods,as well as DSM Matrix and Python and other tools,the analysis and research of operators’ capacity reconstruction are carried out from the perspective of business process optimization and organizational structure adjustment.The optimization methods and schemes are relatively practical,It has good practical reference value for improving the agility and efficiency of business processes of operators,governments,and enterprises in the context of 5G.
