| With the advent of the digital era and the emergence of 5G application scenarios such as the Internet of things and smart city,people put forward high requirements for the coverage depth of 5G base stations,especially in areas with concentrated 5G application needs such as dense urban areas and science and technology parks.5G signal coverage is required to have no blind spots.It is urgent to build 5G base stations to meet various application needs,and the quality of 5G base station transmission network,determines the effect of 5G base station signal coverage.At present,in many communication base station transmission network construction projects,there is often no scientific and reasonable progress management plan and progress control measures,resulting in frequent delays in the project progress,unable to complete on time,and delaying the opening of communication base stations.Through the research on the schedule management of 5G base station transmission project in H area,this paper uses the critical chain method to formulate the schedule plan and management model.It is expected that in more communication base station construction projects in the future,project managers can use the critical chain technology for schedule management as a reference to solve the problems often encountered in communication construction projects,such as unreasonable project plan,inadequate resources The project cannot be completed and delivered on schedule due to the lack of progress control measures and other factors.Firstly,this paper expounds the relevant theories and contents of schedule management,constraint theory and critical chain method,and summarizes the practical experience of critical chain method in domestic and foreign literature;Secondly,it introduces the general situation of 5G base station transmission project in H area,and analyzes the progress management status of communication transmission project;Then re-estimate the construction period of each process,eliminate the safety time,set and calculate the buffer under the consideration of resource constraints,and formulate the optimized schedule management plan based on the critical chain technology;Finally,formulate progress control measures and adopt buffer zone early warning mechanism to effectively manage the project progress.Through the research of schedule management of 5G base station transmission project in H zone,it can be concluded that the critical chain technology can optimize the allocation of bottleneck constrained resources and effectively avoid student syndrome.The schedule made by using the critical chain technology is more realistic,can monitor the project progress in real time and improve the probability of completion of the project on time.The application of critical chain technology in the schedule management of communication construction projects not only improves the schedule management level of communication construction projects,but also enrichis the practical cases of critical chain technology in the field of communication construction. |
