| With the rapid development of global digital technology,intelligent logistics has gradually become a new direction of enterprise digital transformation.As an intelligent robot enterprise that helps customers realize digital agile supply chain,G Company’s main business is to provide customers with logistics robots and supporting system solutions.But as Company G’s business increased,project delivery delays became the norm.First,due to the complex delivery scenario,high precision requirements,customization and other characteristics of this type of project,the project delivery schedule is easily affected by various internal and external factors;Second,G company has been established for a short period of time,and the company lacks appropriate management methods and modes in terms of project schedule planning,control and organizational management.Whether the project of G company can be delivered on time is directly related to the interests and reputation of the company.In order to maintain a sustainable and healthy development of the company,G Company decided to dig into the reasons for the delayed project delivery,put forward specific improvement measures for the project delay,and apply the proposed improvement measures to the forthcoming logistics robot delivery project of G Company and H hospital for verification.This paper mainly carried out the following parts of work.Firstly,through the detailed review of the theoretical methods in related literature and books of project schedule management,combined with the current situation of G Company’s project delivery,the paper found the appropriate method for G Company’s project schedule management,namely the critical chain project management method.Secondly,the paper conducted field research on Company G,interviewed members of the delivery project team in a semi-structured way,understanded the various factors that project team members encounter in the process of project delivery that affect the project progress,recorded and organized the interview content.Thirdly,the interpretive structural model method is adopted to analyze the factors affecting the schedule of the delivery project.On the premise of not affecting the whole system,the underlying factors affecting the delay of the delivery project were solved,and based on this,the targeted improvement measures were proposed to ensure that the delivery project of G Company can be delivered on time.Fourthly,taking the logistics robot delivery project cooperated by G Company and H Hospital as the case object,the proposed improvement measures were applied to the project.The research findings are as follows.First of all,G Company lacked scientific schedule planning and control methods in the delivery project schedule management,and problems such as inflexible organizational structure and poor communication existed at the project organizational level.Secondly,based on the problems analyzed,the key chain project management method was introduced for the delivery project of G Company to optimize and control the delivery project schedule.In addition,specific improvement measures were also put forward for other problems at the organizational level.Finally,the optimized methods and measures were actually applied to the logistics robot delivery project cooperated by G Company and H Hospital,and the planned construction period was optimized from 121 days to 91 days,which was 30 days shorter than the expected time.MATALB software was used to simulate the completion time of the project before and after optimization for 1000 times.It was concluded that the longest completion time of the optimized logistics robot delivery project of G Company was 128 days,the shortest completion time was 82 days,and the on-time completion rate was as high as 90%,which fully verified the effectiveness of the key chain method and other improvement measures. |
