Design And Implementation Of Democratic Evaluation System Based On SpringBoot

In order to promote the development of state-owned economy,it is necessary to strengthen the management of enterprises and to promote the standardization,scientificalness and democratic decision-making of state-owned enterprises.At present,democratic evaluation is indispensable in the sensitive affairs of state-owned enterprises,such as the selection and appointment of personnel,and the assessment of cadres.Therefore,in the context of the rapid development of the Internet,how to design an efficient democratic evaluation platform to adapt to the characteristics of state-owned enterprises has become a pressing problem.The existing democratic evaluation system has single function,a simple page,it can not be flexibly configured according to the needs of enterprises,and has shortcomings such as incomplete statistical analysis of evaluation results.Based on the real business scene of enterprise evaluation and in order to realize the efficient management of enterprise,this paper designs and realizes the democratic evaluation system.This paper first explains the business background and development status of the democratic evaluation platform,and introduces the key technologies involved in the development of the system.Secondly,the user roles are divided,and the functional requirements of the system are deeply analyzed,and the non-functional requirements of the system are sorted out and summarized by using case diagrams.The system uses B/S architecture,front-end separation of front-end development model,front-end use Vue and ElementUI technology,back-end use Spring Boot and MyBatis combination framework,this model framework is mature,fully functional,scalable,and provide technical support for the project.Based on the above analysis,this paper analyzes the structure of each functional module of the democratic evaluation platform,summarizes the relationship of each functional entity,and designs the database of the system.This paper builds the front-end and back-end development environment of the system,and carries out detailed design and coding implementation of each functional module combined with class diagram and sequence diagram.Finally,combined with the business requirements of the democratic evaluation platform,test cases are extracted to perform functional testing of each module,and the non-functional testing of the system is completed.The test results show that the democratic evaluation platform has complete functions and simple process,can support flexible configuration of users and comprehensively analyze the evaluation results,which can greatly improve the evaluation efficiency,improve the accuracy and standardization of the evaluation,and meet the expected requirements.
