In our current energy delivery companies, power companies is one of the largest companies, power companies to ensure that employees can only cherish great enthusiasm at the same time, give full play to their initiative and creativity, in order to ensure the healthy development of society and economy, and effective way to improve the employees’ initiative and creativity is the implementation of performance management. At present, China’s electric power enterprise performance management capabilities uneven staff performance appraisal methods exist imperfect and unscientific,and many other issues, the corporate performance work hard to achieve the desired objectives.State-owned enterprise performance management for the current problems, the paper Jiangjin power company employees performance management objectives, design and implementation of staff performance management system. The system uses a JSP(Java Server Page) for the preparation of tools, applications SQLServer database creation and management, through a computer network to build better applicability, high reliability and application management platform. System’s main modules are: performance planning, performance assessment, performance analysis, system performance evaluation of the main features are 360 templates to establish evaluation index, 360 degree evaluation and assessment of key indicators, evaluation processes, import and export performance outcomes, user management. Timely feedback and performance evaluation results of performance management platform to further enhance communications company automation, efficient level. Using JSP technology development staff performance management system, human resource management of the site ’s dynamic management, making information management more timely,efficient, improve work efficiency. The system uses a practical, easy to operate, the scientific performance management methods and software tools to solve a wide range of performance management involves complicated procedures, the effect is difficult to control and other issues. Ultimately helping organizations achieve effective performance management, improve team performance in the increasingly fierce competition in the market to maintain our edge.The quantitative performance indicators of system design results will be collected ina shorter period to the system, and the first time, presented in various forms to different users, the user can assess the risks to achieve targets and to develop appropriate action programs. Each user can timely monitor various indicators to themselves and subordinates during the execution of changes, and others through the system performance coaching. Performance management responsible initiated automatically by the platform, or the end of the evaluation process, assessment process workflow engine in the background, the support according to pre- defined process runs automatically. The system supports management by objectives, 360-degree evaluation,assessment methods and other key events, businesses can be based on the actual situation flexibly. Performance analysis of assessment results can analyze statistics generated by a variety of statistical charts for performance improvement, human resources management and other work to provide basis for decision making.Finally, we tested the system, to get the stable and reliable system to achieve the enterprise employee performance management tasks.
