| With the growth of machine tools business,the CNC system industry has ushered in a high-speed development time since 2010.The function of the German CNC is more open,the low-cost sales of the Japanese CNC system and the improvement of the technical level of the domestic CNC,these changes make the competition in the whole industry increasingly fierce.The current CNC industry is in a critical period of competition product performance,procurement costs,professional services and corporate development strategies.How to provide customers with the most suitable CNC,further develop the partnership relationship with customers,and gradually become the key point for the competition of CNC manufacturers,and the effective implementation of CRM system is the competitive advantage of CNC system manufacturers in the fierce competition.This article interviews S company CNC business unit,sales managers in six regions of China,and IT staff responsible for CRM software systems.After get in-depth interviews,questionnaires,and collection of S companies’ CRM-related information in recent years.Summarize the relevant information about the implementation of CRM in S company CNC business unit,combined with my practical experience in the sales position of CNC business unit,and use the relevant knowledge of CRM theory to analyze the problems existing in the current CRM process of S company CNC business unit.In view of the imperfect functions,inadequate sales process,after-sales service and CRM software training,S company CNC unit proposed to improve the functions of CRM system,strengthen communication among departments,optimizing CRM system customer service module,and strengthening CRM system training.In this part,the safeguard measures for the implementation of CRM syetem improvement organizational personnel system,technical training and performance evaluation are given,and the recommendations for CRM performance evaluation and assessment are put forward.It can be concluded that the implementation of CRM by S company’s CNC business unit is an effective means to maintain its leading position in the CNC industry competition through the research.From the perspective of the long-term development of S company’s CNC business unit,it is an unshakable strategy to adhere to the implementation of CRM system,emphasize the importance of CRM system and continuously improve the CRM system.I hope this article can provide reference for the actual operation of the CNC business unit of S company,and it can also give some inspiration to other companies in CNC industry. |
