| Children’s book industry is closely related to people’s lives.With the increasing emphasis on education,the rapid development of national social economy,science and technology,and the continuous improvement of people’s living standards,people pay more and more attention to the education of the next generation.Therefore,the market scale of children’s books in China is constantly expanding,and the industry competition is becoming increasingly fierce.The development of Internet technology and the rise of digital reading also bring great opportunities for children’s book market.Therefore,for publishing enterprises,it is necessary to fully understand their own strengths and weaknesses,identify the target market,make accurate market positioning,design their own products according to the needs of consumers in the target market,and work out feasible marketing plans to adapt to market changes and meet the needs of consumers according to modern marketing theories,so as to improve their market competitiveness and maintain their competitive advantage.This paper introduces the basic situation of Liaoning North Periodical Group,and analyzes and designs the marketing plan of children’s theme cognition book of Liaoning North Periodical Group by taking《My First Theme Cognition Book》as an example.Firstly,this paper analyzes the marketing problems of periodical groups.This paper analyzes the current market situation,development trend,consumption demand and main problems of children’s books market in China.This paper analyzes the external environment of children’s book business of periodical group in detail from three aspects:macro environment,industry environment and competitive environment.This paper analyzes the internal environment of periodical groups from the aspects of organizational structure,human resources and corporate culture,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages,opportunities and threats faced by periodical groups in detail by SWOT analysis.Through the above analysis,the STP marketing strategy and marketing combination strategy of this set of products are formulated.Finally,the guarantee measures for the periodical group to implement the marketing strategy are made clear,and the promotion and implementation are carried out on this basis.This study not only helps to improve the daily marketing activities of periodical groups,but also provides reference and inspiration for the industry to improve the marketing management level. |
