Research On Bank A’s Improvement Strategy Of Big Data Application

With the continuous development of cutting-edge technologies such as 5G,blockchain and artificial intelligence,the data in various industries around the world is growing in an explosive manner and the era of big data is coming.By making full use of the resource advantages brought by the era of big data,BAT and other Internet enterprises have seized part of the business fields and customer resources of commercial banks,making commercial banks enter the "crisis five years".Although commercial banks started late in developing big data applications,it is not impossible to "overtake on the curve" in big data applications due to their unique advantages in data resources.Bank A’s current big data application mainly focuses on the following three aspects:First,it establishes enterprise-level information platform and big data cloud platform by building big data architecture to support the implementation of enterprise big data strategy;The second is to establish the organizational structure of big data application,and clarify the specific responsibilities and work content of the decision-making level,head office and branches in big data application.The third is to carry out overall management and classified implementation of big data application requirements of the whole bank.With the continuous progress of bank A’s big data application,the associated problems in the application have become increasingly prominent.Bank A needs to develop specific improvement strategies and safeguard measures for the problems exposed in the application and implement them on the basis of the achieved work results of big data applicationThis paper takes the application of big data of bank A as the research object.On the basis of the published research results of experts and scholars in the field of data,using literature analysis,theoretical analysis and interviewing method etc.to investigate and analyze the application history,current situation and specific application scenarios of Bank A’s big data,and finds out the existing problems from the specific application.For example.the basic application ability,assets management level,the degree of enabling business of big data is insufficient,the innovation effect of big data application is poor.Next,by analyzing the causes of the problems,the paper proposes improvement strategies for the big data application of Bank A.It mainly includes the improvement strategies of basic application ability of big data,big data asset management ability,promoting the deep enabling business and the application innovation of big data.This paper combines the basic theories of big data and relevant theories of big data application system with the development practice of Bank A’s enterprises,and makes a series of explorations on the improvement strategies of Bank A’s big data application.which has certain reference value for the application of big data and digital transformation of enterprises in various industries.
