In recent years, with the development of virtual reality terminal devices and network transmission technology,360 degree VR videos have become increasingly popular.However,360 degree VR videos require lower latency than traditional videos. Therefore, utilizing the limited bandwidth of wireless networks to improve user viewing experience is crucial for ensuring the quality of video content service, and is also a focus of current academic and industrial research,The current main solutions in the industry cannot simultaneously balance latency, bandwidth, and video quality, resulting in ultra-high latency and bandwidth consumption,or low image quality and low frame rate, resulting in an unfriendly user experience. Therefore, ensuring the quality of video transmission remains a huge challenge. The FoV(Field of View)transmission scheme can significantly reduce bandwidth waste. When users watch 360 degree VR video at a given time point, they can only see a small part of the video frame in their field of view, and most of the remaining content will become invalid content that will not be viewed. The user’s FoV will be blocked and asynchronously cached to the edge AP in advance,so as to avoid obtaining video content from the cloud as far as possible, which can significantly reduce the Transmission delay,The Information Centric Network has significant advantages for large-scale content distribution in VR.Each node in the network has a caching function and identifies all content by name. This article studies VR video content distribution scenarios on edge wireless information networks with dense AP deployment. To address the caching placement of FoV video content and the wireless AP association problem of user access,VR users are established The relationship between FoV video content and AP is proposed.A multi rate matrix is proposed, and content popularity matrix and cache space matrix are established for different scheduling cycles. With the goal of maximizing the overall network throughput, analysis and modeling are conducted. The problem is formalized as a combinatorial optimization problem, and a heuristic algorithm is proposed-cache placement based on AP load and wireless AP association algorithm based on video content cache to approximate solution,Through NS3 simulation of wireless network video streaming transmission, the rationality and effectiveness of the proposed algorithm were analyzed and verified from multiple perspectives such as AP load, network throughput,end-to-end latency, system fairness, request failure rate, cache hit rate, content popularity, and AP cache space utilization. Finally, establish a testing platform from the aspects of mapping, encoding, and encapsulation, and deploy tests in actual network environments to verify the effectiveness of the proposed AP association algorithm for video content cache placement and cache enablement 8K@120fps The optimization effect of video streaming and the test results show ideal performance for user head movement latency in high-definition and low-definition videos.
