Research On Supplier Selection Optimization Of S Trading Company

COVID-9 epidemic seriously impacted the global IC supply chain,combined with the escalation of trading disputes between leading powers,various additional customs duty,constraints of import-andexport policy,caused global IC supply are even worse.IC trading company are now become the last reliance.IC trading company’s competition converts to supply chain rivalry from traditional price comparison,and trading company’s supply chain management is supplier management,this time the main performance is not just single cost,but also quality,delivery,support,customer service,all these elements effect the direct competitiveness at clients’ side.Therefore,trading company needs enhance supplier management of supply chain,and the key point is optimization of supplier selection in supplier management.Only by building an appropriate supplier selection and evaluation system,and enhance the cooperation with quality suppliers,can bring unique competitiveness for trading company at clients’side.This article is conducted to the industry development status of S trading company.By analysis S trading company’s supplier selection recently,points out three existing problems of S trading company when doing supplier selections,and with additional analysis of the cause of these problems,also points out the lack of supplier evaluation indicator in S trading company is the reason of such problems.To building supplier selection and evaluation system,used KRALJIC Matrix to classify enormous supplier quantity at first,researched the index system parameters for filtered two main supplier types.The research mainly referred to the object of some scholars’ supplier selection evaluation system these years recently,and combined the industry characteristics of S trading company,it issued questionnaire survey method,expert in-depth interview,scoring method and hierarchical analysis method to formulate the supplier selection index system of S trading company.And optimized the process of supplier selection and the procedure of supplier elimination.
