In recent years,the semiconductor industry with the strategic adjustment of various countries and the rapid development of electronic information technology,ushered in opportunities and challenges.For semiconductor manufacturing companies strongly feel the impact of opportunities and challenges.Since the semiconductor industry is a technology-intensive industry and represents the highest standard of high-end manufacturing,the evaluation and selection of suppliers are more prominent in this context.At the social level,the whole society has paid great attention to the development of the semiconductor industry and even the operation of the supply chain.In this context,this paper conducts research based on the problems encountered by A Semiconductor company in the process of supplier evaluation and selection,aiming to improve the competitive advantage of A company in the actual activities of supplier evaluation and selection and adapt to the requirements of industry development.Guided by the theory of multi-attribute decision making,this paper conducts research and optimization design based on objective evaluation and supplier selection.Taking Company A as the optimization research object,through the method of questionnaire survey,it is found that there are some problems in the evaluation and selection of suppliers of Company A at the present stage,such as invalid indicators,insufficient weight basis,evaluation and selection results do not meet the business needs of the enterprise.At the same time,it is found that the traditional balanced scorecard method is not suitable for the evaluation and selection of semiconductor suppliers of A company.In view of the existing problems,A large number of literature and reference materials were read.Based on the optimization principle of objective evaluation and selection of suppliers,the entropy weight and TOPSIS combined model was used to optimize the design of supplier evaluation and selection activities of A company.The method using entropy weight matrix model for the first can be objective to collect the purchasing data to calculate A company,A preliminary conclusion supplier basis weight,based on the weights of the indexes in the system,using TOPSIS method to choose the supplier quality grade evaluation,and according to this article build semiconductor company for supplier evaluation model to carry out the case study,To test the effectiveness and operability of the evaluation model.It is found that the index with the largest weight in the evaluation model is the quantity of quality certification,which confirms the characteristics of high-tech barriers in the semiconductor industry from the data,and also reflects the reasons for the formation of monopoly in the semiconductor industry from the side.The analysis of the secondary index also reflects that the technical index plays a decisive role in the selection of suppliers in the semiconductor industry.Based on the research conclusion,this paper gives suggestions and practical implementation methods for A company to optimize supplier evaluation and selection,hoping to play A role in solving the actual needs of A company and provide reference for related enterprises in the industry.
