As China’s supply side reform continues to advance and the economic structure continues to adjust,the automated and intelligent logistics system has become a national key promotion project,while China’s demographic dividend is disappearing,and the cost of human resources has risen a lot compared with the previous,which has accelerated the transformation of logistics automation and intelligence.The sorting process,which has the highest proportion of human resources,must also accelerate its automation and intelligence process.Although the commonly used sorting equipment nowadays can achieve automated sorting of materials to a certain extent,with the increasing personalized needs of consumers,the packaging forms of materials have become more complex.Some sorting machines face increasingly complex forms of sorting materials,and their sorting capabilities have become increasingly inadequate.In situations where the form of unit materials is relatively single,logistics distribution centers often use standardized processing to select non-standard materials,while those that cannot be standardized are manually sorted.But with the increasing sales of non-standard materials,traditional processing methods are no longer applicable.In the context of the new era,intelligent logistics systems need to apply new technology sorting machines to achieve intelligent sorting and improve sorting compatibility.In order to achieve intelligent sorting,this article provides a reasonable configuration and application of the core equipment-a retractable and claw swappable storage robot.By stacking multiple stackable conveyors together to form an inventory channel for a desktop storage system,the storage and transportation of unit materials are combined.By setting up a claw library,it is convenient for the interchangeable claw robotic arm to select suitable grippers for picking based on the characteristics of the unit material to be sorted during the sorting process.In the inventory channel of the desktop storage system,storage is carried out according to the level of unit materials ultimately delivered to consumers.At the back of the inventory channel,shuttle trucks are used for replenishment,and ABC classification storage is carried out based on the characteristics of unit materials.The upper system generates a sorting plan by analyzing order data,and the sorting system sorts according to the sorting plan.The retractable gripper storage robot selects suitable grippers for picking and sorting based on the different materials to be sorted.And considering the complexity of the specifications of materials stored in different categories,when designing claw changing,for categories with more specifications but fewer sorting quantities,the sorting robot has a relatively higher number of interchangeable grippers,while for categories with fewer specifications but more sorting quantities,the sorting focus is on sorting efficiency,with fewer interchangeable grippers and even the possibility of not changing grippers.Through the ABC classification of materials,both flexibility and efficiency of sorting are taken into account,greatly enhancing the practicality and economy of the unit material flexible sorting system.Finally,in order to verify the applicability of the flexible sorting system for unit materials in logistics distribution centers,this article takes a certain Pu’er tea logistics distribution center as an example to compare simulation data.Pu’er tea unit materials not only have various packaging forms,but also have irregular shapes compared to general unit materials,which undoubtedly increases the difficulty of automated sorting for the sorting system.By designing a flexible sorting system for Pu’er tea and conducting simulation,it was found that the unit material flexible sorting system can efficiently sort complex materials with multiple specifications.Set the time for one round of simulation to 8 hours,which is consistent with the daily delivery time of most logistics distribution centers.Due to the randomness of the simulation system in selecting random numbers,in order to reduce the deviation impact caused by small probability arrays,the Auto Stat system is used to simulate multiple rounds and select the average value for reference.Through data analysis,it was found that compared to the traditional sorting method of the sorting center,the flexible sorting system for unit materials has a daily sorting capacity of 4 times that of the original logistics sorting system,greatly improving sorting efficiency and can to some extent improve the response speed of the logistics distribution center to orders.
