| In recent years,the volume of express delivery business in my country has steadily increased,which has greatly increased the operation volume and complexity of sorting operations,which has caused the defects of manual sorting and semi-automatic sorting in terms of cost,efficiency and accuracy to be magnified.Have chosen automated sorting to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises.As the core function of the logistics distribution center,the automated sorting system plays an important role in improving logistics efficiency and reducing logistics costs.The rapid development of the logistics industry makes the automated sorting system widely used.The rapid development of e-commerce has accelerated the transformation of people’s consumption patterns.Personalized needs have been placed in a more important position.Customer orders have begun to show the characteristics of multiple varieties,small batches,and multiple frequencies,which is more flexible and fast for automated sorting systems.The response is that the flexibility of the system puts forward higher requirements.At present,researches on flexible automated sorting systems are mainly focused on improving main line speed,improving sorting strategies and optimizing warehouse layout,etc.The research on sorting robots is mainly based on AGV,and its sorting objects are standard small parts.Mostly,the requirements of "standardization" limit the development of sorting equipment.Therefore,this article jumped out of the idea of special supporting sorting equipment,and based on the domestic and foreign flexible sorting system,introduced the idea of automatic tool change in machining centers,and developed an innovative flexible sorting based on automatic robot changing "claws" The system provides new ideas for breaking the bottleneck of sorting equipment development.First of all,this paper determines the system function objectives and robot selection based on the analysis of flexible sorting requirements of the logistics distribution center,and introduces the EIQ order data analysis method to provide a basis for the subsequent data analysis;secondly,introduces the main modules of the flexible sorting system: The principle and specific functions of the "claw-changing" robot,the stereoscopic storage system,and the flexible sorting center with robot are described,and the robot’s " claw" structure,"claw magazine" structure and automatic clawchanging structure are explained in detail.Then,the flexible sorting system with robots was proposed,and the serial,parallel,and composite flexible sorting systems robot with robots were set up according to different requirements,and the calculation model of the system sorting ability was established in each case;finally,take A distribution center as an example,first conduct EN,EQ,IQ,IK analysis on the order data,and then apply the flexible sorting system with robots to the EIQ analysis of the comprehensive order,and lay out the sorting system of A distribution center.Through calculation,the sorting capacity of the system is about 4484 unit/hour,and then compare with the manual sorting scheme and the special plane sorting line scheme respectively,and summarize the advantages of the flexible sorting system with robots. |
