The development of emerging technologies is an organic combination of different standard technologies.When the original technologies mature,decline,and even restrictive barriers occur,emerging technologies,based on the observation of existing technologies and phenomenal needs,will exchange innovative resources through active or passive ways,resulting in transboundary innovation behavior,so as to supplement technological innovation resources and promote the development of economic productivity and the optimization of technological industrial structure.Clarifying the change process of emerging technology organizational structure and exploring the characteristics and trends of technology evolution from the perspective of transboundary innovation are of great significance for grasping the development law of emerging technology and promoting industrial innovation policy guidance.This paper defines the connotation of the coupling relationship between transboundary innovation networks of emerging technologies.Taking Brain-Computer Interface technology as the research object,the social network analysis method is used to conduct an empirical analysis of the technology IPC patent co-occurrence network constructed,verify the coupling development process of technology transboundary innovation networks,identify the relationship characteristics of innovation network coupling development from different levels,analyze and measure the technology coupling structure characteristics of transboundary innovation networks,Divide the overall coupling area of the network.Select the corresponding topological indicators of the innovation network,build a comprehensive evaluation system of the coupling development effect,and combine the calculation results of the Entropy-TOPSIS method to achieve the comprehensive evaluation and analysis of the change of the coupling development effect of the innovation network and the corresponding technical innovation requirements.The research results show that the coupling development of transboundary innovation networks of emerging technologies follows the process law of technology unit-technology innovation network-technology field.The technology units in the network present transboundary combinations of core-non core and similar-complementary,showing the characteristics of core technology control,intensive technology connectivity,frequent transboundary innovation,and the coupling development of innovation networks presents the modes of merger and absorption,There are different transboundary integration processes affecting technological innovation capability in the technology field;In the process of innovation network coupling development,there are three changes in the intensity and breadth of technology distribution.The "Matthew effect" of technology equilibrium degree gradually increases,and the overall network coupling structure presents characteristics such as fuzzy boundary,flexible link and heterogeneous node.For the overall innovation network of brain computer interface technology in different development periods,the coupling development effect shows a trend of "decline-steady-rise",and there are corresponding strategic requirements for cross-border innovation and development of technology in different stages.There are 21 figures,14 tables and 132 references...
