| Employee satisfaction,as an index to measure the sustainable operation and balanced development of enterprises,objectively reflects the general attitude of individual employees towards their jobs,and is a " barometer " for enterprise management.The internal power of a healthy enterprise comes from the continuous creation of its own employees.Only when employees are satisfied,will they be at ease and steadfast in the production and operation process of the enterprise.Think and do everything for the enterprise,and finally serve the employers and customers,so that they can recognize and be satisfied with the enterprise,thus realizing the reliable and effective profit growth.The factors affecting employee satisfaction are different due to the differences in industries and the nature of enterprises.To provide guidance in improving employee satisfaction,it is necessary to carry out targeted research and analysis around the advantages and disadvantages of enterprises by considering the characteristics of employees.SCCNCD is the radio and television network operator in S area,and a branch of the radio and television network company in its province.In recent years,SCCNCD is facing the disappearance of the monopoly environment in the external market and the " pain " caused by the internal system reform.The centripetal force and cohesion of employees are gradually weakened,while the turnover rate of employees has increased.The human resource management of enterprises is facing unprecedented pressure,and it also poses a huge challenge to the healthy operation and development of the company in the future.Firstly,this thesis combs the relevant theoretical research domestic and abroad.This thesis expounds the relevant research theories of employee satisfaction,based on this,the starting point of the research is proposed.Then analyzes the current situation of employee satisfaction of the company through literature research,questionnaire survey and statistical analysis.Then,it uses SPSS20.0 and EXCEL to count and sort out the average data of employee satisfaction index of the company,so as to effectively analyze the overall satisfaction of the company and the satisfaction of each measurement dimension,analyze the relationship between each categorical statistical variable and employee job satisfaction,and find out the key factors affecting employee satisfaction.After the difference test of employees’ satisfaction,it is found that SCCNCD has low satisfaction in the aspects of "work reward","work content" and "personal growth".Finally,this thesis gives several suggestions,including building a sound salary and welfare mechanism;attaching importance to the cultivation of core skills and strengthening the construction of talent teams;improving working conditions and fostering a positive and harmonious employment environment.In order to find and identify the satisfaction factors that employees consider important,but have relatively low scores,this survey specially designed the sequencing questions based on the importance of satisfaction indicators in the questionnaire.This is helpful to put forward targeted measures to improve the employees’ satisfaction of SCCNCD,so that enterprises can achieve ideal results after investing limited resources,and employees can contribute to the sustainable development of the company in the later period.Through this research,it can not only effectively improve the job satisfaction of SCCNCD employees,in the meanwhile,it’s also meant to provide some reference for the research of related fields and industries,and make certain contributions to the enrichment and development of theoretical and practical research related to employee job satisfaction. |
