| The software and information technology service industry in China continues to maintain a rapid development trend and gradually becomes the core driving force for leading technological innovation and promoting economic and social transformation.With the introduction of the "14th Five Year Plan" for the Development of Software and Information Technology Service Industry and other important documents,the competition pattern for software information services will become even more intense.However,the competition between enterprises is actually a competition for talent.As the core personnel of the software information service industry,technical employees provide an important guarantee for the growth of the company.In order to better attract and retain software technicians,it is necessary to improve their job satisfaction.Cultivate the sense of belonging of technical staff to the enterprise,enhance the centripetal force of technical staff to the enterprise,and then enhance the loyalty of technical staff to the enterprise.So,how to better improve the job satisfaction of technical personnel in software companies is an urgent problem that software companies need to solve at present.On the basis of literature research,based on the two factor theory,fairness theory,and expectancy theory,this research adopts the methods of questionnaire survey and data analysis to investigate and analyze the job satisfaction of technical staff in A Software Company from five dimensions,namely,job prospects,business management,business environment,compensation and welfare,and performance management,The current job satisfaction issues of technical employees in A Software Company are mainly manifested in several aspects,such as incomplete welfare systems,lack of fair promotion opportunities,and insufficient organizational management and communication.To improve the job satisfaction of technical employees at A Software Company,this study proposes a series of suggestions,including establishing a reasonable overtime rest system,optimizing the salary system,opening up career promotion channels for employees,improving performance evaluation systems,and strengthening corporate culture construction.This study constructed a job satisfaction evaluation system and corresponding evaluation scales for technical employees of A Software Company,evaluated and analyzed their job satisfaction,and proposed corresponding improvement strategies.The research conclusion has laid a foundation for enhancing employees’ sense of belonging to the company and enhancing employee cohesion.At the same time,this study also provides reference for similar enterprises to improve employee job satisfaction. |
