| Since the 21 st century,a new round of information technology revolution has spawned information technologies such as 5G,AI,big data,the Internet of Things.This information technology accelerates the integration of traditional industries,so that each industry has developed in depth in the direction of intelligence and digitalization.Under the background of information technology applicat ion innovation,a large number of enterprises are transforming to informatization.In order to better participate in the market competition,enterprises have produced a large number of customized software development needs.Therefore,a large number of software developers and service providers emerge at the historic moment,and the market competition in the software industry is increasingly fierce.It is critical for these companies to gain a competitive advantage by controlling the cost of software project development.This paper focuses on the cost management of Y Company’s bank software development project,further constructs and optimizes the cost management system of its bank software development project,practices the project cost management theory,and enhances Y Company’s project management ability and market competitive advantage.Firstly,by studying and comparing domestic and foreign software project cost management literature,This paper introduces the project cost management theory and compares the advantages and disadvantages of various software project cost management methods and models,laying a theoretical foundation for the next project cost management research.Secondly,by extracting and sorting out the original data of various bank development software projects of Y Company,the cost composition characteristics are analyzed.Through questionnaire survey,combined with project cost management theory,this paper analyzes the problems existing in the various stages of cost planning,cost estimation,cost budget and cost control of the bank software development project of Y Company,and analyzes the reasons behind specific problems.Thirdly,on the basis of problem analysis,this paper puts forward the optimization plan of Y Company’s bank development project cost management.optimization suggestions are put forward for the whole process of project cost management.The main methods include: improving the cost meaning of project members,strengthening cost management training,adapting COCOMO II model to cost estimation,considering reserve analysis in budgeting,and using earned value analysis to improve project control effectiveness.Finally,take X project as an example to implement the cost management optimization scheme and test the effectiveness of the cost management scheme.Cost management is an important way for a company to gain competitive advantage.By using the theory of project cost management,this paper analyzes the cost of the bank project of Y Company,analyzes the influence of different factors and processes on the cost,and puts forward suggestions for improvement,so as to better control the development cost of enterprise software project and make the enterprise gain stronger market competitiveness. |
