| The existing manufacturing organization model based on cloud manufacturing faces many problems,such as the efficiency of the combined distribution of massive machining resources and services,the efficiency of multiagent interaction and collaborative manufacturing,and the security of digital information sharing.By integrating cryptography,consensus algorithm,chain data,and other information technologies,Blockchain has become a way for the manufacturing industry to solve the problems of tampering,forgery,and nontraceability of key data in a digital scenario,and to realize trusted transactions of machining resources and services.technical means.By introducing Blockchain technology,this paper proposes a blockchain-based machining resource service transaction model,establishes an evolutionary game-based manufacturing service transaction mechanism,and designs the overall architecture and related module functions of the transaction platform.The main research contents and results are as follows:(1)Build a blockchain-based mechanical processing and manufacturing resource service transaction system framework.Analyze and compare the resource characteristics of manufacturing resources in the "blockchain +manufacturing" environment with those under the traditional manufacturing organization model,and complete the construction of the manufacturing resource model in the blockchain environment and the classification of related manufacturing services;using Fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process builds a credible evaluation system for on-chain resources and designs related transaction mechanisms;collaborates with Hyperledger Fabric and IOTA heterogeneous chains through the Polkdot cross-chain model and realizes the construction of a transaction system architecture.(2)For the manufacturing node of the blockchain network with machining resources,by constructing an evolutionary game model with the manufacturing node as the game object,analyze and discuss the node strategies under different model conditions,and provide a theoretical basis for designing a trusted transaction mechanism.Through simulation verification and strategy analysis,the influence of the change rules of key values such as initial node compliance probability,default penalty coefficient,and node income increment on the evolution results is compared and summarized.(3)Analyze the functional requirements of the blockchain trading system platform,build the relevant system environment,and design and implement relevant system functional modules and function codes according to business requirements.Through analysis and research,establish the node trust attribute evaluation system of machining resources in the blockchain environment,the framework and transaction mechanism of machining resource service transaction models,and introduce evolutionary games to provide a theoretical basis for the optimization of the transaction mechanism of manufacturing nodes.The functional design and implementation of the centralized machining resource service trading platform provides a new application idea and solution for the implementation of blockchain technology in the manufacturing industry. |
