Research On The Impact Of It Investment On The Efficiency Of Working Capital Management Of H Retail Enterprises

Working capital management as an important part of the company’s financial management,involves the use and raising of funds,only effective working capital management,enterprises can be in the production and operation links.At the same time,with the economic globalization,the development speed of social information is acceler ating,the information industry of our country is also developin g rapidly,the investment value of information technology is also increasing.Food retail industry is the pillar industry of Chinese economy.With the development of information technology,traditional food retail industry is transforming and upgrading with the help of information technology.The scope of information technology application is increasingly expanding.As a representative of small and medium-sized enterprises in the domestic food retail industry,H Company has gone through a long process in the development of informatization compared with other similar companies,and its assessment indicators are relatively perfect.Therefore,the influence of information technology investment on the working capital management efficiency of H Company is studied,and it plays a positive role in the further development of working capital management of similar companies in the same industry.By combing the literature related to information technology investment and working capital management efficiency,this paper analyzes the current situation of information technology investment and working capital management of H Company from 2012 to 2021,establishes the measurement model of working capital management efficiency based on DEA,deeply analyzes the current situation of working capital management efficiency of H compan y,and introduces the local adjustment theory.Using Stata15.0 software,the regression results of information technology investment of H Company on the comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the company’s working capital management from 2013 to 2021 were obtained,and the influence of information technology investment on the working capital management efficiency of H company was verified respectively.The results show that the information technology investment has a positive impact on the comprehensive efficiency,technical efficiency and scale efficiency of the working capital management of H company.Therefore,when investing in information technology,it is necessary to combine the different situations of the working capital management and give play to the soft and hard power" of information technology.Finally,this paper puts forward management enlightenment on improving the efficiency of H company’s working capital management from six perspectives:integration of information technology and enterprise efficiency,technology research and development,information technology scale,information technology asset management,information technology employee resources,and building information-based brand strategy,so as to further enhance the core competitiveness of H company.
