Research And Design Of IoT Convergence Gateway

With the rapid development of the Internet of Things,the integration of the Internet of Things and traditional industries has become more and more in-depth,and it has become the general trend to promote the digital transformation of traditional industries.In the traditional industrial field,the level of informatization of industrial control systems is relatively low,and most industrial equipment does not support the new Internet of Things protocol,so it is impossible to realize remote monitoring,maintenance and data mining of industrial sites.At the same time,with the increase of access devices,various device protocols are incompatible with each other,and the management of on-site devices is difficult to upgrade.Therefore,a powerful Io T gateway is required,which adopts standard communication protocols to realize unified management of field devices and solve communication standards.compatibility issues,while connecting industrial sites and cloud platforms.This thesis proposes an Io T convergence gateway based on Linux operating system,which integrates protocol conversion and industrial control,supports multiple communication protocols,multiple communication methods,multiple perception layer interfaces and multiple functions,and realizes industrial field and industrial control.The effective connection of the cloud platform can be widely used in a variety of industrial scenarios.Through the introduction of the basic characteristics and research status of the Io T gateway,this thesis expounds the research significance of the Io T convergence gateway,introduces the Modbus,MQTT and other technologies adopted by the Io T convergence gateway.Functional requirements such as data uploading and camera control,as well as stability and production cost,propose a specific design scheme for the Io T convergence gateway.Then,the hardware system design of the Io T convergence gateway is introduced,and the schematic diagram of each module circuit is analyzed in detail.Then,the software system design of the Io T convergence gateway is introduced.The software part includes the preparation of the Linux operating system operating environment,the Modbus communication protocol,the MQTT communication protocol,the transplantation and application design of the embedded Web server,and the design of the camera control program.The designed Io T convergence gateway is applied in the ecological traffic monitoring system,and the functional test of the Io T convergence gateway is carried out on site.The test results show that the hardware system of the gateway is running stably,the 4G and wireless network communication is good,and the RS-485 serial port and Modbus communication,MQTT communication,Web server and camera control functions are normal,and the design goal of the gateway is achieved.Finally,the shortcomings of the Io T convergence gateway are analyzed,and the future of the rapid development of the Io T is prospected.
