| The thesis takes the intelligent glue robot as the research object,perceptual engineering,extenics and other disciplines as the theoretical basis,and conducts research in a qualitative and quantitative combination,and formally expresses the relationship between the user’s emotional intention and the three elements of the intelligent glue robot design.In order to achieve the purpose of designing an intelligent gluing robot that meets the user’s emotions.The main research contents and innovation results are as follows:(1)Based on the virtual and real conjugation theory,establish the correlation between emotional evaluation(imaginary part)-sensory evaluation(intermediary part)-design elements(real part).The product extension design method is used to parametrically express emotion evaluation primitives,design element primitives and sensory evaluation primitives,and build an extension based model of perceptual design of intelligent glue robots.(2)Through the deconstruction analysis of the design elements of the intelligent glue robot,the typical form element space,the typical color element space and the typical material element space are established.At the same time,the card classification method,the research method and the semantic difference method are used to obtain the typical emotional evaluation space and the typical sensory evaluation space.,And finally divide the researched space results into the eigenvalue range to complete the construction of the corresponding extension space.(3)Use quantitative coding to quantify the morphological elements of the intelligent glue application robot,use SPSS software to find the multiple linear regression equation between the typical emotional evaluation and the morphological elements,and use this as the criterion for mapping the emotional evaluation to the morphological elements;at the same time use semantic differences Method to complete the emotional evaluation,sensory evaluation,and the mapping of color and material design elements.(4)Guided by the mapping criteria between the established space models,the design practice of the intelligent glue robot is carried out,the combination of theory and practice is completed,and the credibility of the perceptual design method of the intelligent glue robot based on extenics is verified. |
