| Under the cloud manufacturing mode,the resource data and transaction information with large quantity and various kinds are usually accessed by using a traditional centralized network,which not only wastes the storage space,but also makes some trouble,such as difficult data management,low query efficiency,high data loss risk and unstable system operation.With the decentralization,tamper resistance,and traceability,the blockchain technology is a distributed database technology based on cryptographic knowledge,which provides a new solution for information storage and transaction security in cloud manufacturing.Taking the theory and framework of blockchain technology as the theoretical basis,this thesis studies the information access problem of cloud manufacturing platform,and has an important theoretical and practical significance.The main research contents are as follows:The research framework of cloud manufacturing information access methods is established.The role of user participation is assigned,and the specific content and process of the information access method are described.Using the keyword extraction algorithm and the association rule algorithm to analyze and process the cloud manufacturing information,and the information storage model and the transaction model are established respectively.As the research foundation of cloud manufacturing information access,the blockchain technology is used to realize the information secure storage and efficient search in the different stages of cloud manufacturing mode.The different types of information processing methods in cloud manufacturing mode are proposed.According to the characteristics of the resource information,a keyword extraction algorithm and an association rule algorithm are used to establish an information description method.Furthermore,the transaction information is described formally based on their characteristics.An example is provided to verify the feasibility of the proposed method.The blockchain technology has the high searching ability and can improve the efficiency of supply and demand matching.Using the blockchain technology,the cloud manufacturing information storage model is proposed.Based on the analysis of the similar distributed mechanism between cloud manufacturing and blockchain technology,the information storage model is gradually formed from block design,chain structure to distributed storage.The information storage model is analyzed in terms of new block correctness,security and distributed storage.Finally,the model is verified by the program implementation.Based on the blockchain technology,the transaction model of cloud manufacturing alliance is proposed.The purpose of establishing a cloud platform is to realize the online transactions between members in the cloud manufacturing alliance.According to the corresponding requirements of different roles in the cloud platform,the cloud manufacturing alliance transaction model was established based on blockchain technology from channel construction,authority management,and alliance transaction management.The transaction process was realized by programming.The prototype system for interactive management of cloud manufacturing information is designed and developed.Based on the analysis of system functions,the work flow chart is designed and the prototype system is completed by software such as ESCLIPSE and MYSQL. |
