Study On Digital Resource Construction Of Library In China University Of Petroleum

As the storage and dissemination of human civilization and knowledge institutions,Libraries provide social functions around the long-term preservation and processing of human knowledge and information society.Library information resources construction is the key business functions,but also is the basis and guarantee for the library to provide information services to the user.Around the functions and objectives of libraries,the organizational structure and management mode of traditional libraries are designed and established based on traditional technical means and methods.With the vigorous development of computer technology and modern communication technology in recent years,human society has rapidly entered the era of network information.The changes of social environment,information environment and economic environment in which libraries live require that libraries should change the existing organizational structure and management mode accordingly to improve the efficiency of management and operation.This research focuses on the construction of digital resources in the library of China University of Petroleum.Based on the "double-first-class construction" of the University and the current development trend of University libraries,this paper probes into the problems existing in the construction of digital resources in the library of China University of Petroleum through investigation and research,and puts forward the pertinent goals and countermeasures.There are six chapters in the paper.The first chapter is the preface,which mainly introduces the background,significance,status,main content and methods of the research.The second chapter is the summary of digital resources in libraries.Through the interpretation of the concepts of digital resources and digital resources in libraries,and a brief overview of relevant theories such as data mining theory and mobile digital library theory,the value of digital resources construction in libraries is recognized.The third chapter is to analyze the current situation of the digital resources in the library of China University of Petroleum,trying to analyze the allocation of digital resources by investigating the general situation of the library and the current situation of the digital resources.The fourth chapter is to analyze the problems and causes of the construction of digital resources in the library of China University of Petroleum.By summarizing the measures and effects of the construction of digital resources in the library,the paper puts forward the problems existing in the construction and makes an analysis of the causes of the problems.The fifth chapter is the research countermeasure.Focusing on the construction of digital resources in the library of China University of Petroleum,combining with the opportunities and challenges of the library in the "double-first-class construction",Put forward the rationalization proposal of library digital resources construction.The sixth chapter is the conclusion,summarizing the research results and the shortcomings of this paper.
