A digital video converter box is a consumer electronics product used to connect a TV to an external signal source,which converts a digital TV signal to an analog signal for use with an analog TV or other analog devices.As a signal transmission part,the light pipe has a great influence on the signal of the whole machine due to its assembly quality.At present,the assembly of the light pipe of the digital video converter box is still completed by manual operation,which faces problems such as heavy workload for operators,low assembly efficiency and yield rate.Therefore,it is imminent to develop a digital video converter box automatic pressure maintaining machine.This paper comprehensively analyzes the research status and related technologies of consumer electronics automatic assembly equipment at home and abroad,and deeply analyzes the mechanical and electrical control systems of the digital video converter box light pipe automatic pressure maintaining machine,and proposes an automatic pressure maintaining scheme.This paper mainly completed the following work:The structural materials of the assembled objects and the technical requirements of the production equipment were analyzed,and the overall scheme of the automatic pressure maintaining machine was determined.According to the determined scheme,the modular design of the tool carrier,the rotating mechanism and the forward pressing mechanism is carried out.The important standard parts in the mechanism were selected and checked,and the assembly of the virtual prototype was completed by using Creo software.In order to solve the problem of pressing stability,the strength and stiffness of the key components of the pressing mechanism are checked by using the finite element method.According to the control requirements,the STM32 single-chip microcomputer was selected as the main controller,and the electrical auxiliary components were selected.The control program was written in Keil u Vision4,and the motion control of each mechanism was realized.Finally,the prototype installation and test of the automatic pressure maintaining machine are completed.The test results show that the equipment has good performance and has reached the design index.
