With the development and widespread application of digital system, the traditional human-machine interaction mode has been replaced by human-computer interaction mode, which makes the operators need to have higher level of knowledge and skills. At the same time, the tendency of operators to adopt and accept technology under digital human-computer interaction operation will also affect their performance.Based on the above questions, this paper takes the knowledge and skills, performance and technology readiness of digital human-computer interaction operators as the main research objects, explores the structure of knowledge and skills of digital human-computer interaction operators, studies the influence relationship between knowledge and skills, technology readiness and performance of operators, and establishes a model of factors influencing the performance of digital human-computer interaction operation. The main research works are as follows:Firstly, based on the research and review of a large number of literature, this paper clarifies the definition and dimensions of knowledge and skills of digital human-computer interaction operation from the cognitive processing model of operators under digital information system, and puts forward the research hypothesis and model of the impact of knowledge and skills of digital human-computer interaction operation on performance.Secondly, through literature review, word frequency analysis and cognitive processing model analysis, the initial scale of the knowledge and skills scale of digital human-computer interaction is compiled;through questionnaire survey, the collected data are analyzed by item analysis and factor analysis, and finally the knowledge and skills scale of digital human-computer interaction is constructed, which divides four dimensions:monitoring detection, situation assessment, response planning and response implementation, with a total of 21 items. Finally, the data collected from questionnaire survey are analyzed by structural equation modeling using AMOS software.Through the first-order confirmatory factor analysis,second-order confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis, the result shows that the knowledge and skills of digital human-computer interaction operation have a significant positive impact on performance. All sub-dimensions of knowledge and skills positively affect the performance, and the path coefficients are ranked from largest to smallest:response planning, response implementation, situation assessment, and monitoring detection. This paper uses the unconstrained estimation method of latent variables to analyze the moderating effect of technology readiness, and the results show that both the driver and inhibitor factors of technology readiness have a significant moderating effect on the process of knowledge and skills affecting performance. The research results can provide methods and indicators for enterprises to select, train and assess digital human-computer interaction operators, provide theoretical guidance for enterprises to improve performance, and promote the better development and application of digital human-computer interaction system.
