| Food is a necessary material for people’s survival.With the prosperity and development of economy,people’s demand for food is not only satisfied with the physiological needs,but also needs to comprehensively consider the nutritional value,taste and other factors of food.One important performance is that the proportion of fresh food on the people’s table is gradually increasing.Fresh food has the characteristics of short shelf life,low-temperature refrigeration,not easy to store,perishable and easy to pollute.Therefore,fresh food needs to be kept at a low temperature throughout the logistics process,forming a "cold chain" from production to consumption.Fresh food cause huge loss in the whole cold chain logistics process,which starts from the manufacturer,passes through the seller and finally arrives at the consumer,and the loss of fresh food caused by the distribution link is the most serious.The distribution link plays an important role in the whole process of cold chain logistics activities.The optimization of distribution path,improvement of distribution efficiency,reduction of fresh food damage rate and improvement of customer satisfaction are the key research objects of cold chain logistics.In the process of cold chain logistics distribution,the distribution center should dispatch vehicles to multiple customer points for distribution.In order to reduce the labor cost,vehicle use cost,fuel consumption and energy consumption in the process of distribution,as well as guarantee the quality of delivery goods,customer satisfaction and other purposes,the distribution center should send vehicles to multiple customer points for distribution.Therefore,it is necessary to plan the distribution path according to the fixed cost of distribution,energy consumption,loss of transportation goods and time window to meet the needs of customers.Firstly,this paper combs the cold chain logistics and path optimization at home and abroad,and combined with the actual situation of cold chain logistics operation in China,founding the important reason of the high transportation cost in the cold chain logistics operation,and takes this as the starting point and foothold of this paper;Then,the related concepts of fresh food,cold chain logistics and vehicle distribution are introduced;Then,through the careful analysis of various factors in the cold chain logistics distribution link,and for the first time,the weather condition is introduced into the model as an influencing factor,and the cold chain logistics vehicle distribution model is constructed;Finally,the genetic algorithm is used to solve the above model,and large-scale neighborhood search is used to improve the genetic algorithm.In this paper,through the study of fresh food cold chain logistics distribution path problem,we finally achieve the goal,so as to reduce the cost of cold chain logistics distribution,which has practical significance for solving the high operating cost of cold chain logistics industry. |
