| After the end of a long military career,after retiring and returning to the local area,the original military life,military work and the role of the military they played were all broken.They face many practical dilemmas in adapting to new living environments,assuming new social roles,and reconstructing new social networks.This has led to a particularly prominent problem of adaptation to the role of veterans.Many veterans are at a loss in the process of transformation of social roles,and there are problems such as deviations in role cognition,unreasonable role expectations,and unsatisfactory role play,showing the phenomenon of poor role adaptation.Although many veterans rely on their own internal strength to strive to achieve the adjustment of social roles and achieve some results,there are still some veterans with insufficient role adaptability who urgently need to use external professional forces to help them successfully complete their role transformation,improve their role adaptability,avoid unsatisfactory role play,and reduce the risk of their social malformation.In this study,the study took veterans from District Y of Ji’an City,Jiangxi Province as the research object,and through the use of questionnaire survey methods,analyzed the problems and causes of role adaptability of veterans,and sorted out the specific needs of veterans in terms of role adaptability.There are three main needs:First,the need to improve role cognition;The second is to correct the need for role expectations;The third is the need to improve role-playing capabilities.Then,according to the needs of the service recipients,the activity plan of the group practice activity is designed,the role theory is used to guide,closely focusing on the three dimensions of role cognition,role expectation and role play,and five activity periods such as group formation period,group role awareness promotion period,group role expectation period,group role improvement period,group end period are formulated to carry out practical activities;At the same time,the process and results of the activities are evaluatedIn the group’s practical activities,the knowledge points and interactive links are effectively connected,so as to promote the better mastery and application of the knowledge learned by veterans,further help veterans improve their cognitive ability of roles,correct the reasonable value of role expectations,and improve their ability to play roles;Strengthen the team spirit of the veteran group,and be able to brainstorm when encountering problems and use collective strength to solve them;At the same time,it helps veterans to reconstruct the social circle and improve their enthusiasm for work so that they can adapt to the current social life.Finally,this study also summarizes and reflects on the research on the role adaptability of the role of veterans in group work,with a view to strengthening the follow-up work of the service effect of group work. |
