| Teacher-student interaction is the interaction between teachers and students,including both external behavioral interaction and internal thinking interaction.The essence of classroom teaching is actually the interaction between teachers and students.Good interaction between teachers and students not only helps to improve the efficiency of classroom teaching,but also has an important impact on the implementation of the new curriculum teaching concept.This paper selects two types of teachers,expert type and skilled type,to conduct a comparative study on their teacher-student interaction behavior.I used classroom observation field notes to conduct open classroom observations,and then used the S-T analysis tool and multiple classroom observation scales to quantify the teacher-student interaction behaviors of the two types of teachers,then,on the basis of interviews,the influencing factors of the two types of teacher-student interaction behaviors were analyzed.The study found that the classroom teaching content of the two types of teachers is mainly based on basic knowledge,less involved in mathematical thinking methods,and the classroom teaching method is mainly based on inspiration and guidance;in the class questioning,which type of questions with low cognitive level accounts for the largest proportion,they will also choose the corresponding questioning method according to the different types of questions.However,there are certain differences between the two types of teachers in classroom teaching mode,classroom time allocation,and classroom interaction atmosphere,expert teachers are more calm and comfortable,while skilled teachers need to be improved.The study further found that teachers’ beliefs,reflective awareness,and teacher training can affect teacher-student interaction behaviors,to a certain extent,teachers’ beliefs will dominate the interaction between teachers and students,teacher reflection helps to improve teacher-student interaction behavior,and teacher training plays a leading role in teacher-student interaction behavior.Based on the above research,some suggestions for improvement are given from the teacher level,the teaching level and the social level,in order to promote the professional development of teachers.Finally,the shortcomings of this study are pointed out and the future research is prospected. |
