| In recent years,colleges and universities have actively carried out physical education courses,not only focusing on the teaching of sports skills,but also paying more attention to improving the physical quality of college students while conducting moral education for them.In addition,moral education is integrated into the physical education process,creating a "people-oriented" classroom teaching atmosphere.This study analyzed the relationship between college students’ perception of physical education teachers’ self support,self determination motivation,and sports moral orientation,and examined the mediating role of self determination motivation between physical education teachers’ self support and sports moral orientation.This study used a questionnaire survey to measure 453 college students’ perceived self support,self determination motivation,and sports moral orientation of physical education teachers.A correlation analysis was used to analyze the correlation between self support,self determination motivation,and sports moral orientation of physical education teachers,and a structural equation model was used to test the mediating effect of self determination motivation in perceived self support and sports moral orientation of physical education teachers.The results of the study are as follows:(1)There is a significant positive correlation between college students’ perceived self support of physical education teachers and the total score of self determination motivation;There is a significant positive correlation between perceived self support of physical education teachers and the total score of physical education moral orientation;There is a significant positive correlation between the total score of self determination motivation and the total score of sports moral orientation.(2)Self support can positively predict self determination motivation and sports moral orientation,and self determination motivation can positively predict sports moral orientation.(3)Self determination motivation has a mediating effect between perceived physical education teachers’ sense of self support and physical education moral orientation.Self support can not only directly affect physical education moral orientation,but also have a significant indirect effect on physical education moral orientation through self determination motivation.Research conclusions:(1)There is a positive correlation between perceived physical education teacher autonomy support and self determination motivation,indicating that college students who perceive a higher degree of physical education teacher autonomy support are more likely to form autonomy motivation,and their self determination motivation level is higher.(2)There is a positive correlation between self determination motivation and sports moral orientation,indicating that the higher the level of self determination motivation of college students,their sports moral orientation will also tend to be positive.(3)Self determination motivation has a mediating effect between perceived physical education teachers’ autonomous support and physical education moral orientation.Autonomous support can positively predict self determination motivation and physical education moral orientation,while self determination motivation can also positively predict physical education moral orientation,indicating that students with lower perceived physical education teachers’ autonomous support are more likely to form autonomous motivation,and the higher their level of self determination motivation is,It is more likely to produce a positive sports moral orientation;Students who perceive a lower level of self support from physical education teachers are more likely to form controlled motivation,and are more likely to have negative sports moral orientations. |
