| In recent years,against the backdrop of the country’s vigorous development of vocational education and the continuous increase in the number of vocational school graduates,the employment situation of vocational school students has raised concerns: low employment matching rate,inadequate salary and welfare benefits,and poor job stability.On the employment issues related to the national economy and people’s livelihood,on the one hand,there is a strange phenomenon of "difficult recruitment" for enterprises and "difficult employment" for graduates;On the other hand,although the employment rate of vocational school graduates is high,the employment quality of graduates is not as ideal,and the employment ability of vocational school students urgently needs to be improved.This study selected e-commerce students from three vocational schools in Guangzhou as the research subjects.The core issue is to study the current situation of vocational students’ employability,analyze the existing problems,and propose improvement suggestions.Based on the research results of scholars at home and abroad,this study first analyzes the components and evaluation factors of employability,combines the current secondary vocational education policy and e-commerce professional training program,uses the Delphi method method to build an evaluation system of secondary vocational students’ employability,which includes four dimensions of professional ability,general ability,vocational education,and career development potential,and uses the analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight proportion of each indicator.Then,based on the evaluation system of employability,a survey questionnaire was formed,and the results of the questionnaire survey and interview were analyzed.Currently,the problems of vocational school students’ employability are mainly reflected in their overall low level of employability,insufficient professional abilities,weak awareness of career planning,lack of professional literacy cognition,and weak innovation ability.This article conducts attribution analysis from four aspects: schools,teachers,students,and society.The improvement of vocational school students’ employability is a comprehensive task that cannot be reversed solely by the students themselves,but requires the joint efforts of schools,teachers,and enterprises to achieve.In response to the above problems and their reasons,this article proposes strategies to enhance the employment ability of vocational school students from four aspects: talent cultivation in schools,teacher value guidance,student self realization,and social common care.On the school side,it is necessary to optimize the curriculum and establish student training objectives;Strengthen school enterprise cooperation and enhance students’ professional abilities;Strengthen club management and improve students’ comprehensive quality;Pay attention to employment guidance and increase students’ planning abilities.In terms of teachers,it is necessary to carefully select teaching content and consolidate students’ basic abilities;Skillfully using information technology to cultivate students’ professional abilities;Implementing ideological and political education in the curriculum,guiding students to establish a correct outlook on employment;The homeroom teacher emphasizes the infiltration of moral education and enhances comprehensive literacy.On the student side,it is necessary to learn professional courses well and establish a solid professional foundation;Actively participate in club activities and improve overall quality;Adjust mindset and attribute correctly to stimulate career potential.In terms of society,government level policy support is provided to help enhance employment capacity;At the corporate level,take responsibility seriously and actively participate in curriculum construction;Emotional care at the family level,cultivating correct employment value orientation. |
