Study objective: The ball is the most frequently used winning method in badminton,Frequent use of the feet can cause a lot of physical energy,It requires a certain technical and physical foundation;By selecting two different training methods,enhanced training and traditional strength training,And develop the corresponding training program for 40 training for more than 3 years of badminton special students(boys)divided into two groups of sports intervention,With six high-level athletes(boys)as the reference group without the exercise intervention,Differential analysis of the kinematic data of the three groups before and after the intervention,Summarize the common characteristics of double-foot take-off and kill ball technology,And the effectiveness of enhanced training techniques compared to traditional strength training methods;Thus providing reference for badminton teaching and badminton training.Research method: This study used the literature data method and expert interview method to collect the preliminary research theory and formulate the exercise program;used before and after the intervention to test the kinematic data,and divide it into three stages: mobile positioning,takeoff and shot.Result: 1)In the completion time of different stages of foot take-off technique before intervention,the high level group was significantly different from the enhanced training group and the traditional strength training group(P <0.05).After the intervention,the enhanced training group improved significantly,higher than the traditional training group.2)Comparative analysis of kinematic characteristics of shoulder,elbow,wrist,hip,knee and ankle in different stages of jump and strike ball between the high level group and the traditional strength training group(P <0.01);the velocity of the group was significantly higher than that of the other two groups.In the comparative analysis of lower limb joints,there were significant differences between the high level group and the traditional strength training group(P <0.05),and some joints were highly significant(P <0.01);the lower limb joint angle velocity group was significantly different from the enhanced training group and the traditional strength training group.After the intervention,the enhanced training group improved significantly in the joint Angle and angular velocity,showing significant differences,and the overall intervention effect was better than that of the traditional strength training group.During the take-off and air stage,the intervention showed significant difference in the shoulder joint(P <0.05),not in the elbow joint,the high level and the traditional arm(P <0.05);the lower limb joint and traditional strength training groups(P <0.05),and the high level group was highly different from the enhanced and traditional strength training groups respectively(P <0.01).After the intervention,the improvement in the upper limb arm movement Angle and angular velocity of the upper limb arm was significantly different(P <0.05),while the improvement in the left elbow arm was significantly worse。Study Conclusions: Through an 8-week exercise intervention,Comparing the kinematic data of enhanced training,traditional strength training and high level group before and after the intervention,In the three stages of moving,taking up,jumping and hitting the ball,The enhanced training method is better for the foot jump and kill ball technique than the traditional strength training group;Traditional strength training has a significant effect on improving the strength of large muscle groups accordingly,But badminton needs a more comprehensive,It requires each muscle group to coordinate with each other to produce an instantaneous explosive force,Not just the large muscle groups;besides,Through the improvement effect of the angular velocity change,The enhanced training method is more prominent,Therefore,the enhanced training method is more suitable for badminton training and special physical training.
