In this study,public sports students and professional sports students in universities are as the experimental subjects.This paper discusses and analyzes the results of multi ball training under the multi hot mode,and compares the effects of multi ball training with single player's way,so as to provide references for the innovation of teaching and training methods of badminton.In this paper,literature research,expert interview,experimental research and mathematical statistics are used.The experiment seleted public sports students and sports professional students each 36 people.They are divided into public sports boys beat for ball group,single ball boys for public sports group,public sports girls shoot for ball group,public sports girls for single ball group,the sports specialized male shoot ball group,single ball sports specialized male group,female sports professional shoot for the ball and sports professional group girls single ball group,a total of 8 groups,each group of 9 people.They were trained in different ways.The duration of the multi ball training was 4 months.The physical and functional quality of the body and the technical level were tested before and after the training.Physical test indices of morphological functions as a body mass index BMI,vital capacity,50 meter running,standing long jump,sit and reach,pull-up(male),1 minute sit ups(female),1000 meters(male),800 meters(female).Test index of technical level including the technical success rate of backcourt smash,back split hanging,front net Guoqiu,blending front corner,front push back the ball,the ball rub backcourt Kill online,the net Guoqiu hook diagonal,split hanging ball push back.The conclusions of the study include:1.of the public sports and sports professional students,in addition to aerobic capacity,multi shot and single ball training for the supply and demand of training can significantly improve the quality of shape and function of the students,shape and function of the students,but these two kinds of training methods to improve the quality of shape and function,in addition to professional sports students 50 meters performance,the rest did not have the difference.2.for public sports students,single player training can significantly improve basic technical level than multi shot ball training,and two training methods have no difference in the improvement of combined technology level.3.for sports majors,multi shot ball training and single person ball training can significantly improve students' skill level,but multi shot ball training can significantly improve the level of combination technology than single person training.There is no difference in the improvement of the basic technical level between the two training methods.4.for the public sports students,in the effect of single player training,boys are better than girls.As for the improvement of basic technical indicators,boys are higher than girls.For sports majors,girls are better than boys in the effect of multi shot training,which shows that girls are higher than boys in terms of improvement of combined technical indicators.
